We enjoyed our time at Casa Paraiso! Here are a few things that may helpful to know: Host: Chris was awesome. He can recommend many services that may be useful. Golf carts, fish markets, activities, hikes, etc., Chris is a great resource. Location: About 10 mins to the plaza, 12 mins to the main beach, and 20 mins to Los Muertos or North Beach. For us, it was useful to have a golf cart because we bring boogie boards, an umbrella, and chairs to the beach. Walking to town is no problem if not carrying a ton of gear. But note, there is a fair elevation gain/loss. The space: The casa is basically three levels. The lower level has two bedrooms - queen bed and bunk beds, a kitchen and bathroom. The mid level, which is only accessible via outdoor stairs, has another bed and kitchen (probably the best kitchen). And the top floor (palapa) is a nice place for dining or sipping coffee. But the blackstone grill didn't get hot enough, which is a big deal if you plan to cook out. Great overall.

Lorena was our contact. She was very good about texting back-and-forth and when we needed something, she was quite responsive. Once we got through any language barriers it worked seamlessly. She and her daughter came one afternoon and prepared a multicourse marvelous meal for our family of 12. They were delightful and so pleasant. We loved them both.

Christina’s place was absolutely gorgeous! I would recommend getting a golf cart to go into town because it’s a little bit of a walk but so worth it for the privacy and super close access to a small beautiful beach. Brenda the house care taker was so incredibly helpful as well.

Exactly as the pictures were but ended up even better than expected. Hosts were amazing and didn’t really see them.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This home is in a gated community of 7 homes. It felt very safe, and the neighbours were friendly. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants and the beach (10 to 15 minutes to the beach) but as a result seems much quieter than if you were closer in. There were good restaurant suggestions in the welcome book (but the book is a bit old with some info and could use some updates), and there was a couple in the community (Paige and Kaleb) that assist with any issues and were very helpful with information on things to do, cab costs, beach spots, walks, etc....Thanks Paige and Kaleb!! Brandi, the host, sent us some welcome info on a couple of local events (the Tuesday market, a turtle release, etc) without any prompting from us, so that was a nice touch. The Casa is big, clean, and a lovely spot to relax on your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, even with some spices and condiments, there was a big jar of complimentary coffee! We would gladly stay here again.

My friends and I spent a week at Las Hamacas and had such a great time! The Airbnb is very spacious, with lots of areas to hang out and relax. The location is PERFECT - right on the beach and minutes from restaurants, bars and shops, but far enough away that the villa was generally quiet. The restaurants and cafe across the street were delicious. The housekeeper came every day and did a great job. We can’t wait to come back to Sayulita and would absolutely stay at Las Hamacas again!

It was a pleasant and pleasant stay, the hospitality of both the Owner and the staff are very attentive and friendly , just a detail to improve , it would be to turn on the pool lights at sunset☺️, thank you very much for everything :)

The house is very nice and spacious with everything needed to spend the full week. Claudia was always on the lookout if something came up. 100% recommended!

Our host was very responsive, which kept everything rolling, and we had a great stay! Our children loved the layout which allowed two of them to have their own separate apartments with showers and fridges—cool. The kitchen was minimal, but eating out is so inexpensive. It was GLORIOUS to come home from escapades and fall into our own pool!! Highly enjoyable and simple means—if your palate is for luxury, this isn’t your town anyway. Lounge chairs, umbrella, soccer ball…everything’s a bit broken but also works. Fun, chill, easy…loved sitting at the outside bar in the evenings and chilling!

The property is beautiful! We rented all 3 casitas. Joan and Dave were so accommodating and very helpful with our transportation into town for a wedding. The casitas were all very clean, AC worked really well! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

We have been to Punta de Mita several times, many at a resort. We had our whole family with us and this was perfect. The grandkids were in the pool first thing in the mornings and after a day at the beach and dinner took another swim. We loved that the pool was heated. Alejandra our host was amazing. Helped book everything, even a photography session. The Owner was flexible and easy to communicate with. We loved being right in the mix of the local neighborhood. We walked to many things and also felt our cars were safe. We did workouts up on the upper patio every morning! Great place.

A great option for a large group coming to Vallarta. The location is great, especially if you have access to a car; the beach and golf clubs are only a few minutes drive. The house is spacious and well equipped, we enjoyed the pool, the terrace and the grill during our stay. I think the house could have been cleaner, we had to wash the sheets and clean the kitchen thoroughly when we arrived.

We were delighted to have a host meet us at the door at the time of our arrival. The caretaking company also greeted us with chips and salsa & pack of modellos in the fridge!: A caring and thoughtful touch that is hard to come by with air bnb nowadays. They were responsive to any questions or needs during the stay, and also refilled our coffee canister, refreshed our linens, and did a little tidy mid-stay. The location was stunning, quiet, and peaceful. Thank you so much for the hospitality and care during our stay in Sayulita!

The beautiful house full of plants that make you feel at home, in addition to meeting you in a private and quiet area! Sophia was answering almost in seconds to any questions we had. Thank you so much for everything!

This was our first extended family vacation, a great success! We attribute this in part to our fantastic stay; the place is gorgeous, lots of areas to hangout together and wonderfully private rooms for everyone. The large kitchen and bbq area served us well, we did a lot of cooking. We often crowded around the "deck" table to eat, drink, and hangout. The many pool side chaise lounges were nice, wish it had been a bit sunnier and warmer. The bougainvillea (and all the plantings) made the place feel lush. We had fun watching the birds and trying to spot Iggy. Observing happenings from the street deck was always entertaining. The location is fantastic. We were far enough away from the highway as to not hear it, but close enough that walking to "downtown" was easy. We took lots of walks in the neighbourhood and beyond, so much to see. The fruit and veggie store at the end of the street was frequented at least once a day. The staff were friendly and so discreet. We loved Casa Alegria!

Our family had a great vacation here. Everything was very clean and organized. The host provided ample information to help us explore the area. The pool felt fantastic during the summer heat. The location of this house is very close to the beach and a short walk to anywhere you want to go in the area. We highly recommend staying here.

Perfect amount of room for 3 couples. The Airbnb is steps from the beach and the private pool is fantastic. We had a few queries that were always responded to and solved in a timely manner. Hope to stay again one day!

My experience was great from the moment of booking. Jim was quick to respond and provided clear and detailed information for next steps and what to expect. I was received by Ale at the moment of arrival and she was amazing at explaining all the details of the property plus they were extremely welcoming and made us feel at ease. The property itself was beyond my expectations, they had everything you could need to have a great time in Vallarta and be comfortable, plus the pictures do not make justice to this beautiful property. I would 100% recommend this booking to anyone that wants to have a worry free vacation!

Absolutely beautiful home and stunning views! Very well maintained. The house is located just a 4 minute walk from the main part of town or a 1 minute golf cart ride, super accessible! The house is very clean, check in and check out introductions are clear! The place truly felt like a luxury hotel with the warming privacy feel of a home! Ana answered all my questions in a timely manner. Such an easy experience! My guest and I enjoyed our time, 10/10 recommend!
