The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

The host (rish) and care taker (ate mich) are very responsive. There’s a power and water outage in our day 2 but they informed us ahead of time naman and they are willing to extend our check out para makabawi. We enjoyed staying here at Farmjabi! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

Villa Marikit truly felt like a home away from home. The place is exactly as described—warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay. Coordinating with Charo, Raymund, and their on-ground team was effortless. Their proactive communication made our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect—close enough to Urbiztondo’s famous spots yet tucked away just enough to offer a sense of peace and exclusivity. It was the best of both worlds, allowing us to enjoy the energy of LU while having a quiet retreat to return to. The house itself is well-equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and there are plenty of common areas to relax and hangout as a group. Overall, our stay at Villa Marikit was nothing short of amazing. Until our next LU trip! ✨

We stayed her for a weekend, to celebrate my mother-inlaws birthday. Friendly host and workers that made us feel welcomed and home. Clean and well equipped fasility. Great looking garden that has been taken well cared for, perfect for pictures. the pool is a great asset when gathering outside, even in the evening. Reccomend for a family weekend and different occations.

This is the ideal spot for a peaceful escape from the city. The place was neat, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful views. From arrival to departure, the host made sure we felt comfortable and at ease. We had a wonderful time at Glass and Green Perch — the cozy setting and tranquil vibe were exactly what we needed. We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.

This has always been our top go-to place whenever we visit Baguio. The location is perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, everything is clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and accommodating. A hidden Gem - Peaceful, spacious, close to most tourist attractions Our stay at Kais place has been amazing. The place is alot bigger than you would think from the photos and the owner and caretaker are very friendly. It was very relaxing and comfortable for our family to bond here. We had a really great stay - our group called this a “great find!” and very good for its price. Place is quite spacious with high ceiling. The bedrooms are spacious enough too, and we appreciate the clean linens and beddings, house slippers (for living room and bedroom) as well as provision of bath towels. Joy is a very responsive and accommodating host, she allowed us flexible check-in and check-out times given our travel circumstance. Kuya Joven is friendly too.

neighborhood is quite, the place is spacious for group stay and well-equipped with cooking gadgets/utensils.The only downside is that we had difficulty locating the place coz google maps gave us the wrong direction. Better option is to look for the village guard house and from there they will give you the best direction😊 Other than that, we definitely had a great stay. Worth recommending 👍

We had an amazing time at Baguio HillHouse! The house is beautiful and full of charm, with expansive windows that frame an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Ms Catherine was a great host—she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was dinner at the roof deck; it was the perfect spot to unwind and take in the scenic Baguio nights. I hope we get the chance to stay here again on our next visit to Baguio. Overall, it was a memorable and cozy getaway that I’d gladly recommend.

The place is nice and clean. Super bait and helpful ni nanay at tatay. They even drove my family sa appointment nila dahil coding ang sasakyan namin on that day. Very accomodating family. Highly recommended this place, 10/10.☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Wesley’s place! The property looks exactly as shown in the picturesvery clean and well-maintained. A quick tip when navigating: pin “Hotel Mirador” on your map. Before reaching the pinned location, be sure to call the caretaker so you don’t get caught in the narrow streets of Baguio. We missed the place initially and had some difficulty finding it because we didn’t call ahead. But all in all 100 would recommend the place!💕

Had a great stay. The place is clean. Super strict lang talaga because it's subdivision, medyo nagkaproblem lang kami pagpasok because bawal daw ang transient, yun lang yung naging problem but the place is clean and feels like home. Sana next time may TV na 😅
