Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Baden District

The rental is true to the listing. The furniture is not of first age (a matter of taste for a '70s decor) but remains functional and practical. Mich is very attentive, responsive and gives good advice. With the bus/metro connection we were able to enjoy Wien without taking the car. When we arrived we had enough to make a simple dinner (thank you) and especially a small welcome gift. The space is large and allows many to be without stepping on it.

We felt comfortable from the first day and were able to relax well. The tips for the motorcycle were very helpful and also that we could park for free in Vienna was great. The kitchen was well equipped, so you could do whatever you wanted. The pool was also great, so you had a welcome refreshment on hot days.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

All as described, a great location to get to Vienna or the surrounding area to do something there.

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment far exceeded expectations, very nice rooms and equipped with everything you need. The parking space was always available. In all the rooms the cleanliness was impeccable. In addition, Angela was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!

Perfect location for private parties, there were 20 people and everyone had space. Markus was very friendly and accommodating, especially with regard to early check-in in order to be able to cool purchased food in time. We'd love to come back anytime

Very nice and modern little house to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax. Very quiet area. All around there are many possibilities for nice forest walks.

OMG It was just wonderful, truly a great place to stay. one of those places that makes wanna come again. all that I could have expected and more.

Really spacios apartment. Actually so big the kids were able to play hide and seek. All the rooms were huge. Kitchen had everything needed. And there were some really beautiful views. You can see the Beethoven temple and hill from kitchen as well as the river. Chinese buffet is in close proximity, which our kids loved. Really excellent location close to everything (downtown, beautiful parks, train station, supermarkets). Armin was very friendly and helpful host.

Very nice experience. The apartment is located in a very quiete area (perfect to relax) but still pretty close to the city center. Horst has been an excellent Host and even came to introduce himself personally. Definitely a good choice for my next visit to Baden.

We had such a great experience staying at Doris’s place! She was incredibly welcoming and made everything feel so easy from the start. The apartment was super easy to find, and Doris met us in person for check-in, which was such a lovely personal touch. She gave us a warm welcome and made sure we felt comfortable right away. Communication with her was excellent – she responds really quickly and is always helpful. The space itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend staying with Doris!

Georg is an awesome host. Very good communication, easy to reach and he goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. The location is great, close vicinity to everything you need and the apartment was very clean. Would definitely recommend and would also stay here again if I am in the area!

We really enjoyed and felt like home. Apartment is amazing, super clean and looks exactly as in the photos. Klaus response to any inquiry is friendly, polite and fast. Department is located 3 min walking from nearest U Bahn Station. Highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely welcoming host. Very easy and quick communication. The location is nice quiet in Baden and within nice walking distance to the city and station. Parking space that made check-in easy and convenient.

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

Stefan's house is 20 minutes away from the center. Much cheaper than the houses in the 1st district. We stayed with 6 people. It was a bit difficult to have only one toilet. The house was big. Just like in the photos. It was comfortable. thank you Stefan

Nice apartment with a good vibes.

We spent five days at Annemarie and Motti's apartment. The apartment is clean and offers everything that is needed for a stay in a city. Particularly noteworthy is the location of the apartment in the Carmeliterviertel and the proximity to downtown. On the other hand, communication with Annemarie and Motti was very good. We didn't meet both in person but were in constant contact with them. We can fully recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina’s apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and was located on a brilliant street, only a tram ride into the centre. Would highly recommend.
