Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Baden District

It was a very nice stay. The space is even better in person than in the photos . Lots of great bedrooms, bathrooms, large living room, great garden with barbecue facilities. We celebrated my son's 18th birthday and he was super happy. And the host Michi is very friendly, helpful and responds super quickly. Before checking in, we received a detailed message in which all important points about the accommodation, surroundings, transport, restaurants, parking and emergency 😊 numbers. It was a very nice stay and we had a great time thank you for that. Will definitely be recommended or visited again.

We enjoyed staying with Christa and Paul very much. The house is in a quiet location with great garden. It is clean and excellently equipped, with everything you need as a small family..:) Public transport as well as Heurigen are within reach. We had a wonderful time! Thanks

This was by far the most beautiful Airbnb stay we've ever had. The house is beautiful with a lot of love for details and very tastefully furnished. Almost every corner could come from a design catalogue. Furnishing the house in this way certainly took a lot of time. Every light, the light switches, the door to the bathroom, the kitchen, and even the pictures on the wall create a total work of art. Also, everything is very well thought out and excellently implemented. A mix of the flair of the 70, 80 years with top modern elements, such as the kitchen. The highlight of the children was of course the pool with counter-current system. Due to the canopy, he always had a pleasant temperature and you could quickly forget the time in the many seating options in the garden. All in all, a beautiful holiday - also due to the proximity to Vienna. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment has far exceeded expectations, very nice places and equipped with everything you need. The parking spot was always available. In all the premises, the cleanliness was impeccable. Also, Angela was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!

Perfect location for private celebrations, were 20 people and everyone had space. Markus was very friendly and accommodating, especially as far as early check-in is concerned, in order to be able to cool down purchased meals in time. We'd love to come back at any time

Really spacios apartment. Actually so big the kids were able to play hide and seek. All the rooms were huge. Kitchen had everything needed. And there were some really beautiful views. You can see the Beethoven temple and hill from kitchen as well as the river. Chinese buffet is in close proximity, which our kids loved. Really excellent location close to everything (downtown, beautiful parks, train station, supermarkets). Armin was very friendly and helpful host.

Great accommodation and landlord, can't complain

Very nice experience. The apartment is located in a very quiete area (perfect to relax) but still pretty close to the city center. Horst has been an excellent Host and even came to introduce himself personally. Definitely a good choice for my next visit to Baden.

We spent a lovely night in the apartment. If you drive, you can park easily in front of the building. The host was very nice and replied me quickly. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

Very spacious place! The living room is very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are very clean and warm. The rooms are all very clean and the location is great as well!

Would I rent this apartment again? Yes. Was it close to public transportation? Very. A 2 minute walk to the tram. A 5 minute walk to the underground. Did it match the pictures? Very much so. Was Stefan a fantastic host? Yes. He was very pleasant. Responsive. Worked with us on our arrival time and provided a recommendation for indoor bouldering in the city. Were groceries close? Yes! Maybe a 7 minute walk, three stores within a short block of each other. Don't forget to bring a bag to carry your purchases! Is the white couch a bit tired? Yes. The leather is worn on the arm rests and the whole couch feels like it is missing back cushions, BUT Stefan says a replacement is on order. We grabbed pillows from the bedroom and sprawled the 2 times we watched TV, so we liked the couch. Did we bring an HDMI cable to stream a show to the TV from our laptop? Yep. Our you could bring DVDs and use the DVD player.

Everything was fine! Good heating for the winter months, well equiped kitchen, close to the subway, quiet neighbourhood, easy access to the building, fast communication with the host,… Nothing to complain about! Thank you! :-)

They are great hosts and their place is very central in Wien.

Well furnished apartment that is also suitable for a longer stay. Lively surroundings with many restaurants, cafés and shops. The center and the main attractions are easily accessible by tram and buses, partly also on foot.

Beautiful apartment, very nice area with lots of restaurants and cafes. The host Daria was super nice and helpful. The apartment faces the yard so it was very quite and we could sleep with open windows.
