Sie finden bei uns ein komplett ausgestattetes Apartment in top Lage. In unserer geräumigen 86qm 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung finden sie ein eigenes Badezimmer sowie eine separate Toilette + Ankleidezimmer. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großes Doppelbett + Kinderreisebett und im Wohnzimmer eine Schlafcouch. In zwei Minuten Fußweg erreichen sie Kaufland & Lidl & in nur 10 Minuten die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem vier Familienhaus im ersten OG. Keine Buchungen von Jugendgruppen.

You also have a fully equipped kitchen with induction, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (Tassimo) and dishes. In addition to the box spring bed (2m x 1.80 m) in the sleeping area, the two sofas in the living room can each be extended to a 2m x 1m bed with slatted frame. The terrace is open to all guests!

Spacious, bright holiday apartment in the countryside

My place is on the outskirts of Herrenberg, a very nice historic half-timbered town. The town center is 15 minutes walk away, a bus stop practically at your doorstep. Herrenberg has a very good connection to Stuttgart and Tübingen. Immediately near the property, a nature park with a variety of leisure activities begins. My accommodation is very suitable for couples or for families with children, but solo travelers are also welcome.
