A beautiful apartment, the children loved the skylights and the cozy place in the bunk. Sofia even provided us with a Christmas tree. We were able to have a lovely Christmas party, thank you!

a perfect chalet in the middle of the ski village! we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely the chalet was, it was like a second home. really well equipped with comfortable furniture and linen. The location was also amazing, very close to the ski lift, restaurants and apres. the view from the chalet and balcony was stunning. it was also nice to have a blue slope right outside to watch skiers, however this slope isn't connected to the others. we would stay here again next time in konigsleiten!

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had five wonderful days in Farchant and felt comfortable right from the beginning! We were there as a family with three children (7, 5 and 1 year) and the house was perfect for us. ✨ Cleanliness & furnishings: The house was very clean and stylishly furnished – you can tell that there is a lot of attention to detail here. There was really everything you could ask for. 👶 Family friendliness: We especially loved that the safety and well-being of the children were thought of: ✔️ Stair guards for more safety ✔️ Child-proof power sockets ✔️ Toys like board games, painting stuff & more ❄️ Special service: A real highlight was that the landlord spontaneously offered us extra rides when it unexpectedly snowed again. Super attentive! We had so much fun and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended! 😊

We had a wonderful stay in this super cozy and perfect home in Kramsach for our 4-day vacation. The place was beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and truly had everything we needed! Jwala prepared everything for our stay with a kid and a baby, which made our trip even more comfortable and stress-free. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Beautiful 2ZKB apartment with surrounding balcony and great view to the mountains. The gondola lift , restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. The apartment is centrally located yet quiet. The host is very friendly and accommodating.

Great place for a skiing week.

We stayed at the property for a week and felt very much at home. The apartment is located directly next to the valley station of the Buchenbergbahn. A great cafe with delicious cake, Greek place and pizzeria right outside the front door. Good shopping nearby. Jean is a lovely host.

We immediately felt right at home in the apartment as we were warmly welcomed by Josef Kufer and his wife. The owners gave us really nice recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which was perfect. The beds and couch are very comfortable; the bathroom and kitchen are modern and super clean. You can tell how much the owners care about their things! We were even able to use the huge balcony in the cold weather, as there were blankets, allowing us enjoy the mountain view of the Zugspitze. - All in all, one can say that the apartment has everything you need and probably more.

The apartment is very typically furnished, it is on the upper floor of a small wooden house on the edge of the farm. The living room is heated with a large tiled stove and you have a wonderful view of the mountains. There is nothing missing in the apartment. We found the beds to be very comfortable. From the apartment you can reach Alpbach in 1 km and in about 10 minutes by car in Inneralpbach, from where the many ski slopes are easily accessible! You can also walk very well to the valley station of the Wiedersbergerhornbahn. The special thing about this apartment is certainly next to the quiet location of the attached farm, you can feed the chickens and visit the cows and calves. The wonderful stay is rounded off by the warm contact with Gitti, which provided us with fantastic delicacies from the farm (homemade bread, eggs from the chickens, milk, cream cheese and much more). We thank you Gitti very much and will be happy to come back!

Apartment is cozy and nice decorated. Love and quiet hosts. Great apartment location for hikes. Great restaurants nearby. The village shop is a 2-minute walk away. 10 out of 10 points 😊 Thanks for the relaxing time!

Anja was very accommodating and helpful across the duration of my stay. The apartment is beautiful and easy to get to. Getting into the centre of Innsbruck was super easy with the bus stop nearby the apartment. Overall would highly recommend!!

The place was very clean and is perfectly located in the village. It is within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. It is also within walking distance of some trails/hikes. The balcony was amazing for sunny mornings. We would love to stay here again! Christine was a great host and assisted with questions, etc. The only small downsides were that the kitchen did not have oil for cooking (mentioned in the listing) and minimal towels were provided for a 4 day stay. Also, as this is on the second floor, you can hear the people above. On the plus side, Christine was able to provide us with a pass that allowed discounts to some events in the area, and there was no additional tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival. Very cozy and clean accommodation, with everything you need for a few days of rest and tranquility. Winter sports and hiking opportunities at the front door. We felt very welcome and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in "tranquility Pol" and were completely satisfied! The apartment is incredibly cozy and the sleeping niche under the roof has made the whole thing very special. Birgit and her husband were incredibly hospitable and warmly welcomed us, which immediately made us feel comfortable.
