Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Also the garden with terrace was very nice for grilling and sitting outside. We were completely satisfied!

We had a lovely time over New Year's Eve in the well-equipped house. The area invites you to hike. If you are looking for peace and coziness and in nature, this is the place. Jasmine was always easy to reach, always friendly and uncomplicated, very pleasant. We had a great time all in all, enjoyed it and I highly recommend it! Thanks for the nice start 2025!

We stayed with Jessica for the first time and the property was as described. Unfortunately, our dogs didn't like the spiral staircase, but Jessica had an alternative for that. The views and the surrounding hiking trails have been perfect for us. We highly recommend this place. It was a pleasure to stay there. We were all very comfortable.

We stayed at Schmidt's guesthouse for the third time and had a wonderful few days together again (5 families with children). Only the house was very cold on arrival this time and additional firewood was unfortunately charged quite expensive. Otherwise, everything is great as always! Thank you!

We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is really totally cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need, soap everywhere, enough toilet paper, etc. Astrid even provided the small additional apartment for us, so we had more space. Thank you! The location is also great, you are super fast in Bamberg (also by bus) and in the immediate vicinity are bakery and supermarket. We will be happy to come back!

Sabine made our Christmas in Germany unforgettable. From the start, she welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and incredible attention to detail. She thoughtfully assigned rooms for our large group and arranged the furniture to ensure everyone felt comfortable and at home. Even though we arrived early, Sabine greeted us with her son, giving us a warm, heartfelt welcome. She provided a detailed tour of the house, patiently explaining everything and answering our questions. To make our holiday special, Sabine decorated every room with glowing Christmas decorations and left thoughtful treats—candy, beer, and wine. Her generosity brought tears to my eyes, and we began our trip with laughter, hugs, and a deep sense of care. Meeting Sabine and her son was the highlight of our trip. We’re so grateful for her thoughtfulness, warmth, and the love she put into making our holiday so memorable.

It was so amazing! We immediately felt totally comfortable, everything was perfectly clean and furnished with so much love. The amenities were really exceptional! We were there without children, but I think children would really love the large playground:) For us the location was also perfect - great hikes right nearby, yet shopping by car quickly accessible and wonderfully quiet location. I would highly recommend a stay to anyone, we will definitely be back :)) Thank you!

This was our favorite Airbnb of all time! The apartment was adorable, the host was friendly and accommodating, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. There were little touches everywhere—from the adorable autumn decor to some complimentary locally brewed German beers in the fridge—to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Hospitality is a big deal in the southern United States where I’m from, but if it’s a bigger deal anywhere else it’s certainly Germany! Our host, Rochus, was flexible with some scheduling changes we had to make shortly before checkin, he met us personally to show us around the unit, he communicated with us throughout our stay, and he was responsive to our questions. We loved everything about our visit here, and if I return to Bamberg in future I will definitely rebook. It was so nice to come home to this lovely little space each day after visiting family and sightseeing . Highly recommend! Thank you, Rochus and family, for the wonderful accommodations!

As with the last stay, everything is great. Just the right place for an extended weekend in Bayreuth :)! This time I had an e-bike with me. This really helps you on the last few meters to the apartment when you come out of town;)...

We had a very nice stay with Mona and Robert. The place is very clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook something for yourself. The location is very central and you can easily walk to everything in Tirschenreuth. In case of problems, Robert was directly available and helped us! For the price, this is really an unbeatable place to stay. Thank you so much for having us!

The place is well located - close to the train station and downtown. The location makes it a little less quiet, but you can think of it beforehand. It was clean and tidy and matched the photos. It's not the coziest or nicest place I've been to, but totally nice for 3 nights :) The communication with Dana was great, she always responds promptly.

Everything worked out great and I felt very comfortable.

Do you want to go to farm for a few days and ask yourself the desperate question beforehand: Where should I stay? Where do I go? I can tell you: just go to Tim! Location of the apartment: close to downtown, still quiet, you have your peace and quiet, Amenities great: everything is there, the cleanliness was wonderful. I slept like a rock, beds should always be comfortable. The car is also free, when you go around the corner. Message response came really quickly, Tim was always available for questions. We had a very nice weekend in Bamberg. We enjoyed the apartment very much, everything as described. We would book the apartment again.

Large impeccably clean apartment, lovingly equipped for the perfect stay. The surrounding area offers all the rural charm. Bus station and train station are a 5-minute walk away. Hourly cycle to Bad Rodach (thermal bath, shopping) or Coburg - best to try both directions. Definitely great even with younger children (the equipment of the playroom certainly doesn't let you get bored even on rainy days). Teenagers especially liked the comfortable couch in front of the TV. Mutti was very satisfied with the kitchen (and the huge wardrobe and other storage facilities and many hooks for jackets, towels, etc. Absolutely recommended, especially because of the friendly and committed hosts. Super nice. Thank you for this lovely stay.

The location of the apartment is unique, fantastic, couldn't be better. RIGHT in front of the historic town hall, right on the Regnitz, wonderful. In the middle of the old town, all very close: boutiques, bars, cafes, restaurants, attractions. Parking garage three minutes walk and super convenient: from Friday to Sunday €36, but car warm, safe, video monitored and sprinkled with music. Apartment super clean, 1 room, large hallway, bathroom and kitchen. Lovingly furnished with antiques, listed (I think) house. Phenomenal house entrance (maybe not important but beautiful). Frank was very nice, always available, had lots of great and helpful tips on bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended!

We were completely satisfied. There is really nothing missing, the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Even in the bathroom, everything is there! It's highly recommended.
