Apartment was great as described. Communication was efficient, friendly, and proactive. Arrival and location easy to follow. No complaints, would love to come again.

We spent the turn of the year 23024/25 in Ahlam's attic apartment, the location is great to see Kassel. Parking in the courtyard with gate is also great. Unfortunately, the noise from the apartment below us was very disruptive (maybe it was on the holidays), otherwise we felt comfortable in the apartment. One plus: great amenities, comfortable furniture and of course the infrared cabin!

The apartment was really nice – tastefully decorated, very clean and in a good location. I felt completely comfortable and can recommend it with a clear conscience! With Margot, communication was super straightforward, she always responded quickly and was really very nice. I am really happy with my stay and would love to come back some time!

The lovingly furnished apartment is super nicely located directly on the Weser bike path, with direct views of the Weser and old town. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back. Christine & Henning are very nice, accommodating hosts.

Lovely house tucked away from the main road with private parking. Very close to town, you can easily walk there in under 10 mins and very close to supermarkets and shops. The rooms are large and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen. Daniela was a great host, very friendly and helpful.

It was a lovely stay! Communication with the Kaiser family was totally easy, super friendly and always responded quickly. The property is as described and well equipped. We arrived with a small child and again we lacked nothing here - baby cot, high chair, toys and even baby dishes were on site! In itself, the house is very cozily furnished and also the garden looked great (but was not used due to the weather). We were very pleased! :)

We were all very comfortable. It was cozy and nicely decorated. The names of the rooms provided a lot of fun. A great place to stay and maybe we'll come back if it's suitable for us.

We were now as a repeat offender in the house on Bergkamp and it is still perfect for our group. With the very comfortable common area (2 kitchens, living room, dining room and conservatory) there is plenty of space. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the bathrooms are well distributed in the house, so a maximum of 2 bedrooms have to share a bathroom. At first, it was a little too cool in the living area, but this was corrected by Udo and Gabi by remote control, so the temperature in the house became quite plump. The fireplace also did a good job. If you like to cook together, you will find the perfect facilities for dining utensils. For larger groups and ambitious cooking, you may want to bring a large pot and a large pan, two good woks are available.

We stayed in a women's group to relax and get down for a weekend in Kathrin and Juliet's beautiful house. We especially liked the homely and cozy atmosphere. It was still a little chilly in the house the first evening, but with fireplace and wool blankets, which were also available, we were still able to enjoy our time wonderfully. Kathrin proactively asked if we needed anything and went out of her way to give us a wonderful time. We stayed in beautiful Göttingen and then relaxed in the sauna in the evening. Everything ample, which was described and everything in great shape. Had a great time! Thank you two!

Roswitha has responded flexibly and spontaneously to requests from us. She was always friendly and accommodating. The apartment was very large, spacious and corresponded to the pictures.

Spaceus and very quite appartment. Easy reachable supermarkets. Inside you can find everything you need for everyday life. Big parking. Small river just 10 meters from appartment. Internet can be better. Can reccomend.

We had a great time in this modern and cozily furnished house . Situated on a hill, so good view of the Diemelsee and since the house is a bit off from the other vacation rentals, that feels like extra luxury. Large bathroom with shower and bathtub (separate from shower) and a sauna (which we unfortunately did not use due to lack of time). There is ample closet space to store stuff and the 2 bedrooms and the living area are of good size. You could also live here with ease. The house is heated with underfloor heating and it did take a while before we had the temperature of the floors a bit on a pleasant level for us. We generally found it on the warm side inside but outside was winter so we don't complain.

What a lovely apartment! Everything is well laid out and there was plenty of room for everyone. Next time we will come back in summer…the patio looked very inviting. Alex & Andrej are excellent hosts, very responsive and welcoming. I would highly recommend a stay with the “Weinmeisters”.
