It's a little bit far from Da Nang city, but if you take a grab taxi, you can go.There were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and it was very easy to use.

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Very friendly and responsive host who greeted us open arrival and introduced everything to us. House was clean and spacious. The bathrooms don't have doors, they use curtains, but not a huge issue. Overall a very good stay :)

Villa Hyatt 3 bedrooms in Da Nang is spacious, luxurious, has a private pool and direct access to the beach, suitable for families or groups of friends. Professional service, full amenities, but prices are quite high during peak season. It's very cheap compared to the value. Highly recommend . 100%

It was my first overseas trip with my parents, and everyone was satisfied with a really nice accommodation. Yongdari is right near the accommodation, and it is also close to downtown such as Han Market. I recommend it.

We loved our stay. Thank you so much. The pool was so clean and even though it was cold, we managed a lovely morning swim. The location was nice. Away from the hustle of old town but still lovely places to explore all around. The bikes were in good condition and we loved being able to bike everywhere. Thanks

I used it for the first two days of my stay in Da Nang, Vietnam. Thank you so much for picking me up to the airport. I asked for a car rental for sightseeing in Hoi An and Ba Na Hills, and they connected me with a friendly driver at a reasonable price! The place is very clean and cozy! I heard that it was a new building, and all the furniture was new, and there were several private buildings, so I felt safe because there were staff on site 24 hours a day. It was hard to get up and down with the baby because it was on the third floor, but I think it would be the best place to stay if you come with your children or several families who walk well! There was a lot of storage space and the wifi worked very well! The host is really, really kind. They were very helpful, but they gave us quick feedback on our requests! If I come to Da Nang again next time, I want to use it again. Thank you for making good memories ^ ^

We booked Le Rivage for 3 days but loved it so much that we extended our stay by 2 more days to explore Da Nang while still enjoying this villa’s comfort. The villa is incredibly spacious, with 3 master bedrooms (2 featuring Jacuzzis), a huge living room, and more than enough amenities. Its beachfront location provides breathtaking views from the private pool area outside living room and the first-floor balcony. The caretaker, who lives in the basement, was outstanding. She kept the villa spotless, helped dry our clothes during the rainy season using her personal heater, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The complimentary breakfast, tailored to our preferences, added a personal touch. The host was polite, helpful, and easy to communicate with, ensuring our stay was seamless. Located just 6 km from the Japanese Bridge and 9 km from Da Nang, it’s a perfect base for exploring both cities while relaxing in luxury. Highly recommended for an amazing getaway! 🌟 TRULY WORTH

Gorgeous villa to stay in. Comfy beds and ambiance lighting and lovely decor and bathrooms and amenities. The kitchen was very well stocked with lots of if you want to cook. Mini bar had very good prices. Loved the pool. A bit cold as we were coming out of some bad weather. We are so happy we found this place

The kids love to play in the water, so first of all, the pool is good or I found a pool villa! Among them, Ocean Villa, Sheraton Resort, Five Villas, and Fusion Resort were candidates!! Then, I was looking for a good pool villa on Airbnb, and I came to visit The Point! I didn't know I was a Korean host, so I diligently wrote a translator and asked questions. It was so funny that he said, "Do it in Korean ~" lol The host seemed to be a professional company with a lot of other reviews, so I was more trustworthy! Thanks to you, I had a better trip with questions! 😆 The two families went together and it was much better in terms of value! And they even provided pick up and sanding service, so it was really easy to check in and check out. I was even able to check out late at an hourly rate, so I was able to stay even more leisurely! Maybe because I have children, the host prepared a scavenger hunt surprise. The kids were excited to find the treasure and get free drinks and jelly! The little events like this made it even more fun for the kids! Sense good!! 👍 Highly recommend in many ways! I will definitely come back next time!

although the villa gate was locked upon our arrival, there was no issue with us finding the staff at the restaurant and they knew immediately to have someone attend to us. Check-in was quick and tina was very informative and friendly. It was such as hassle-free stay as we could easily order food, got laundry sorted, daily housekeeping and transportation booked to our sightseeing locations, as well as round trip airport transfer. The breakfast daily, freshly made by 2 friendly staff were fresh and delicious (esp the chicken pho) !! Similar to the food from the restaurant, very nicely presented and delicious too! the sound of the ducks and chickens nearby do get a little noisy in the early morning, but it was manageable. Added the rustic vibe to our stay! going to Hoi An old town was a easy 10min grab ride away. No problems getting grab as well. We also took the cooking class and it was such a good experience! the market tour was fun. And all the staff were so friendly.

The place was clean and cool. The host was so kind and quick to respond. The location of the house was close to Furama Villa reception so it was easy to get around without having to call a buggy when sightseeing the surrounding landmarks. If I travel to Da Nang next time, I want to use this place again😊😊
