Superb place to stay! 3rd time we stayed here and counting for more.

I made an extended stop in Jakarta on the way to Balí based on a friend’s recommendation to stay with Sita and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice! Sita was very accommodating of my needs and my schedule and was incredibly helpful in navigating the city and suggesting activities for us to do. She even gave us a lift to the train to start our adventures. She manicured her tips based on my interests and it felt like a very unique experience. The AirBNB itself is so cute and comfortable, I truly wish we were able to stay longer. Cannot recommend Nilaya enough to anyone visiting Jakarta! You must meet Sita, she is seriously the best!! This place is beyond my expectation, very easy to find, surounded by coffeeshops, Korean supermarket called "New Seoul", Lawson Minimarket, ATM, and others. Mbak Galuh was responsive and very humble too. The Kamar provides air conditioner, but somehow the place is quite comfortable without turned on the AC. It's the best choice if you're looking for cozy place with affordable price in south Jakarta.

The place is comfortable, The air is cool, the wooden villa makes the atmosphere warmer in the cold area, great views, a friendly and supportive team, can also shop for vegetables directly to the farmers in the garden around the villa. A+

one of the peaceful places for staycation as we have expected. We had great family time with all the facilities in the guesthouse. the host was very responsive and helpful.

Such a homey places with very helpful owner. Although it needed small redecoration but it doesn't bother me at all! I have a deep sleep during my rest between the hustle I have. Over all, worth to be one of your destination to stay!

An amazing stay near world class surf breaks and best holiday in years. Ana and Dick are amazing hosts and will go above and beyond in order to make their guests comfortable - finding a bike to hire and repairing a flat tire, sharing fruit from their own garden, serving amazing food, showing around town and the list goes on. Very well thought through property in great condition, constantly kept clean and tidy by household staff, very safe private and gated area. The internet could be a bit faster for Teams/Zoom calls, otherwise everything was top notch.

Initially skeptical because of thebudget and location in the alley. But when you've come and see this is really worth it with the facilities offered. Super complete equipment and furniture even to the rare things in other rentals. A few things you may need include: queen bed mattress, netflix, air conditioning + fan, closet & hangers, work desk + chair (get a nice gaming chair with a leg rest), hot water, laundry bag, facial tissue + toilet paper, dipung, toilet seat, sink, trash can, skewers, towels, and drinking water. It's good to have a plug next to the bed. Even though towels and drinks are only one, but over all is okay. The location is in an alley that is enough for a car if someone is bringing it. The guardian is nice and very friendly. The disadvantages had at most little stains on the towels. Plus this is sharia so you can't be free to bring friends who aren't muhrim. The rest is very satisfied if you go to jakarta you will stay here again 😀

The place couldnt be more perfect. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. Child friendly, super clean and the food was great. Fitriana and her family are very welcoming and will go out of their way to make your stay more comfortable. Amazing place to come to with spectacular views!
