Terracos da Serra villa is just an hour from Lisbon Airport and 40 minutes from Peniche, nestled on a hillside within a family fruit farm. It offers stunning views of pine-covered hills on one side and a valley filled with fruit farms and vineyards on the other. Ricardo gave us a warm welcome, sharing local recommendations and details about the villa. Upon arrival, we enjoyed local delicacies, wine, and fresh fruit from the farm. The villa is modern and tranquil, featuring an outdoor BBQ, lounge area, and a private rooftop pool with sun loungers. Inside, it’s thoughtfully decorated with all essentials: two shower rooms, comfortable mattresses, air conditioning, a washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, TV with Portuguese and English channels, and strong WiFi. Ricardo’s hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning to Portugal!

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Although we booked very spontaneously on the evening of our arrival, everything was perfectly prepared. The very quietly located, huge property has a wonderful park-like garden with mature trees and a beautiful infinity pool with great views. The accommodation is a mobile home with its own driveway, far away from the main building, so you can enjoy complete privacy. It is well equipped with everything you need. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

The place was super nice, cozy and calm just what we were looking for! Kitchen is small but has all you need. We also used the fireplace and that was so perfect for the winter time. I really recommend this place and I’m curious to come back in the summer time!

Kind of the stick b it we knew that already before going there. Roughly 40 minutes from Lisbon. Nice stay with friends or family and a great spot to relax. Local shops and cafe and also a river to swim nearby or lol at views. Property is convenient with private parking. Careful on the stairs. Can actually fit 3 people in one room and a double in an another room. Calm and peaceful area so very secure also. Would definitely book again.

Very quiet and welcoming place. We were made to feel very welcome by the hostess's parents, very friendly and kind. Vera has many suggestions for things to do in the area. Very strategic location to get to know the whole region of Lisbon.

Look no further! This place is absolutely amazing! The house is so well planned and decorated, we spent Christmas here and had everything we needed. It’s so comfortable. The backyard with the breathtaking views is really the best thing with this wonderful house, you will love it! Francisco is such a thoughtful host and he is so responsive- we had a great connection throughout the stay. We will definitely be back to this little piece of heaven in the Portuguese countryside!

Sandrine welcomed us very well. Spacious and quiet accommodation. Plenty of equipment at our disposal. The pool was also very nice for our stay. I recommend this place with my eyes closed. And thank you again for your sympathy and warm welcome.

We loved our stay at Quinta de Boição. Alojoeste was a great host, always available and attentive. The place was spotless, well-decorated, and very cozy. The view was perfect. We highly recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway. Thank you for everything.

Pedro is a beautiful person. I wish everyone could meet Pedro at least once in their life. It's an exceptional being. I always love ready to do you a favor. Don't look for a place to stay elsewhere in the area, this is the place to come. The photos don't showcase Pedro's apartment at all, which is much better in reality. It has everything you need in the accommodation. The place is super quiet. We didn't hear any noise. Lots of nearby shops. If we come back to the area, this is where we will stay.

Everything was perfect. We were staying five nights with our three year old son and we felt at home, he also enjoyed a lot of the company of the animals: dogs, cats, horses and chickens. Åse and Lars were very kind and were attentive to our needs at all times. The accommodation is very well located, surrounded by nature, but close enough to some beaches and places of interest such as Alcobaça, Óbidos, Caldas da Rainha... An unforgettable experience that we would like to repeat.

The accommodation was great, the owners were very helpful. It was located 10 minutes away from any trade which potentiated silence and rest. Great for those who want to know Óbidos or Caldas da Rainha.

This is a really stunning Airbnb. I was relaxed the minute we walked in. It was so beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail. It looks even better than on the photos. The garden and pool area are wonderful and it’s a very quiet neighbourhood. Perfect place to relax!! The checkin and checkout was very flexible which helped our schedule a lot! We loved everything about our stay!
