Silvia was a great host and her place is lovely, clean, and well stocked. Great communication and recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Would recommend staying here and if I’m in the area again I will try and book this place. Very close to Blenheim palace and easy to get to Oxford. Also, the view of all the sheep in the farm close by was a lovely and unique quality to the Annex.

5 stars all round. Highly recommended. This was a great place to stay. An easy walk from the train station (<10 min). In the centre of Charlbury, only minutes from nice pubs, restaurants and the local co-op, but still very peaceful and quiet. In a lovely garden with own outside deck and table. Bright and airy. Spacious enough for two. Good shower. Comfortable king bed with crisp linen. Cozy and comfortable sitting room. Charlbury is a beautiful town with easy train and bus links to London, Oxford, Woodstock (Blenheim), etc. And gorgeous surrounding countryside with great walks. Martin and Helena were generous friendly hosts. We really appreciated a late check out so that we could enjoy a leisurely countryside walk on our last morning. Many thanks!

We had a relaxing long weekend. The cottage was easy to find with parking. It had a lovely private fenced garden that allowed our two little dogs to wander. It was bright, airy, very clean, comfortable and warm. The wine was a lovely surprise on arrival thank you ☺️. It was home from home. It was very central to places to visit. With Didley squat farm shop and Chipping Norton only a 7 minute drive away. Thank you Nicky for making us feel welcome.

We had a very relaxing stay, whilst there was a variety of restaurants nearby and beautiful scenery we chose to stay in most of the time in the cosy loft. A great nook to binge movies and play games with friends by the fire. Lovely hosts and pictures provided of the propery are very accurate. 100% recommend for a chill weekend and 100% stay again.

Beautiful barn conversation in an excellent location, close to many visitor attractions. I particularly appreciated the bread, butter, sausages, and bacon that was left by the hosts, and the fresh flowers.

Our second stay with Marzena was just as good as the first a year ago. A lovely spot with great walking nearby and a wonderful hosts.

A lovely oasis in Oxford! Access to shops and downtown - but peaceful and quiet. Really a great place to stay for work or leisure travel to Oxford.

Very informative welcome booklet with telephone numbers, very responsive. Facilities are great, pleasant relaxed experience.

Put simply Nigel's place is just amazing... everything was as described/looked in the pics and beyond. Comms with Nigel were brilliant...there was no stone on turned to say the least. The treats that Nigel left us were first class and a really nice thoughtful touch... would really love to know where the grapes were from?... actually delicious... we will be back for sure... Thanks Nigel :}

Bex and Kieran were such a lovely couple. Bex was super easy to communicate with and fast to reply with any questions I had which I really appreciated. The space is clean and cosy, perfect for up to two people.. she accommodated myself and my cat. There’s also a family of various pets including the friendliest chickens and sheep I’ve ever met! The location is great if you’re driving.. you’re super close to Bicester and other places. Thank you both

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation/weekend getaway at Mel’s place with our dog. Everything was as described in the listing and we felt at home straight away. Mel was super helpful when providing information on local walks, pubs, restaurants, shops etc. I would highly recommend Mel’s place to family and friends for a cozy and peaceful getaway, likewise would stay again if in the area. I never actually stayed as we had a car accident enroute and had to be recovered home, so never made it. The reason for 5 stars is that despite the cancellation policy saying no refunded Salem gave all our money back which he didn't have to do contractually. But really appreciated that its was very kind and as such he must be a good guy, so suggest his property is hence 5 stars. The one thing i would say, Salem, you need to respond more timely to messages on the chat, that would really help Thank you

I booked Cara's air bnb, whilst waiting for my newbuild to be completed. On our first meeting, she was so friendly and on understanding my disability,instantly made changes that made the accommodation more assessible and comfortable. She helped me move in and checked in on me, to make sure if I had settled in or if needed anything. The accommodation had everything I needed, was cleaned and bedding changed regularly.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very easy to access and get in. The view of the chickens and other animals from the bed was absolutely spectacular and we loved waking up to it every morning. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely book again if I’m back in the area!

Great communication, Andrew responded immediately and was very friendly and accommodating. Directions were very clear and we found The Duck House easily in day light. Andrew met us on arrival offering assistant at anytime throughout our stay. Walking into the accommodation we knew we had chosen well, what a great little find. Everything was very clean and organised and finished to a very high standard and with all that we needed and more. The welcome pack was a very nice touch and meant I didn't need to pack anything from home (apart from conditioner) There is a main chain Superstore 8 minute drive away which houses a coffee shop and pharmacy and it was a 25minute drive to Redbridge Park and Ride to visit wonderful Oxford. We would definitely stay again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends. Thank you so much Andrew & Hilary.

It was such a lovely little stay! Victoria was great - super responsive and flexible! The cottage is cosy and has pretty views over the gardens and fields. Watching sunset for the field was also a great experience! Perfect little city escape.

Perfect couple’s studio!! We loved all the extras, tons of great toiletries and a bunch of sweet snacks (fruit, crackers, chocolates)! It felt like staying with your super cool Aunt in her backyard She Shed! Highly recommend, absolutely perfect spot! Bonus that it was a super easy drive to the Harry Potter Studios experience!

Perfect hosts and a perfect place to stay. Highly recommend. The welcome pack was the best I've experienced and so thoughtful. The cottage is exquisite and the hosts went out their way to make us feel at home. The garden is a wonderful part of the whole experience. Our kids are nagging us to go back already! Superb. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Geraldine’s place was perfect. Lovely and cozy bed was super comfy and the village had everything you need. I was actually gutted that I arrived after eating as there seems to be a lot of choice for food with the three pubs in the village. Geraldine is very friendly and unapproachable, not that I needed it but I got the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. I would happily book to stay here again. I would recommend it.
