Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Avranches

Great accommodation in the middle of nature. A spacious playground, chickens, sheep and a beautiful and friendly owner’s dog who loves to play fetch. Great place to unwind and relax. And in between the major attractions. We stayed with our two kids for two nights to recharge during our roadtrip in Normandy and Bretagne. The owners take good care of the house and the property. Recommended.

House Very well located, very nice quiet environment with a beautiful view of the bay of Mont Saint Michel 🤩 Accommodation with 3 appreciable shower rooms, spacious rooms and perfectly done cleaning! We had booked 2 nights with Sophie but were only able to spend one night there because of car problems upon arrival. So it's difficult to be able to evaluate all the services of the accommodation because we only slept there and only one night but we were very good there: the accommodation and the outdoor space was very spacious and clean. Make sure to bring your own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.

The accommodation is very pleasant and has all the accessories/products needed to have a nice stay with the family. Its location is an undeniable asset (close to Saint-Malo and the Rennes/Saint-Malo axis). Delphine is a very responsive host and does not hesitate to share all the information. I highly recommend it.

Zen home, ideally located in the heart of intra muros of Dinan. There are all the shops, restaurants nearby. The terrace with its hammock and vegetation is superb. Florence is very welcoming, responsive and has good advice. If you want to discover dinard, it's Florence's where you have to come 🙂

We were delighted to find Luc's apartment again, warm and with all the necessities. The location is perfect (central, good restaurants nearby, walks...), and you don't get tired of the view of the port! Luc is responsive and accommodating, it helped us a lot.

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Perfect for a rustic retreat. We stayed a little over a week for some family downtime and this place really did the job. Spacious and lots of character. To our children’s delight there was great broadband and some nice walks locally. Warm welcome from Michael.

We were hosted very well by Agnes. The cottage is really very good, very spacious and well-equipped. A pool table and a flechette game are a plus for the evenings. Very nice terrace overlooking the fields .
