Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Avon Park

Nice place to stay, short walk from center of Auburndale and the local park. Beds were comfortable, fully loaded kitchen made for easy cooking. In an age where most Air BnB locations are barely renovated apartment complexes filled with kitschy decorations from Marshall’s and hastily repainted walls, this was a clear separation and an enjoyable, livable space that was clearly up-kept.

Adriana was incredibly helpful and very fast with her responses. She went above and beyond making sure all expectations were met. There was even a surprise bottle of champagne on the counter when we checked in! I definitely recommend staying here.

Had an amazing stay at Charmaine’s place. Will definitely keep it as our go to stay when we visit Sebring FL. Host responded quickly and very nice. Place was so beautiful and roomy for the 2 of us. We enjoyed it so much. Beds were very comfortable! Thank you guys so much for having us❣️

The Most Wonderful Stay!!! We stay at a LOT of rentals during our travels each year due to our son's extreme food allergies - we need a full kitchen. TJ & Silvia's place, hands down, is on the top of the list. It was beautifully decorated, pristinely clean and the little touches, like leaving brand new sponge for cleaning, meant the world to us. I know it sounds small, but the small details separate the good from the AMAZING for our family. They were friendly and organized, the beds were comfy and the place was a wonderful retreat after a freezing and wet day on the track. The location was perfect! Sincerely, it was a pleasure staying here! We will absolutely return here next time we are in town!! Thank you!!!

Nice, quaint place. Perfect value for the price point. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to and on a cul-de-sac street. Pam was very responsive.

Place was cheap and perfect for a small amount of people. Close to a lot of food spots and there are two little tiki bar areas that are cheap and fun!

we stayed in the same place in 2024 so we are return guests. Hopefully we'll be back in 2026. The house is very near the Lake Myrtle soccer complex which hosts an adult soccer tournament every year on the MLK weekend. Obviously we wouldn't be back if we weren't very pleased with our stay. This house was awesome! My family loved it. Everything was exactly like the pictures and extremely clean. Ray and Layal are so sweet and I would recommend booking with them!! When I had questions, they were quick to respond! We would book with them again!! I normally dont write reviews but I had to because they made our first Airbnb experience a breeze. We received horrible news about a family member who was hospitalized in Tampa hospital. The flight was booked but we had no place to stay. I never did airbnb before so i did a last minute booking for 4 adults. Nicola was very kind host to accommodate myself and family who flew in last minute and didn't have a place to stay. House was big and spacious. Love the open concept living room and dining area. It allowed us to have family time to gather and make arrangements. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. We forgot to bring bath towels from home. It was neatly placed in each rooms to be used. Thank you Nicola!

Exactly what we needed! Booked a quick trip to legoland and needed a place to stay, glad we stayed here. 25 mins from the park. Super spacious inside. Super quick contact with host. Very kind. Exactly like the photos. Only thing to note is they have minimal toiletries so make sure you provide your own shampoo/conditioner etc. Would stay again if in area.

This is the perfect couples retreat! It’s quiet & very peaceful. This unit has a beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom with a nice patio that covers the living room and bedroom. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of clean towels and linen. The living room area has a large comfortable sectional with a large wall mounted tv. Just minutes from Leggo Land and a little less than an hour from Disney this place is the perfect getaway destination!

Trevor was a great host, always responsive and helpful and he even so kindly took us for an orange grove tour, which the whole family loved! The unit is clean and spacious, well equipped, has a great pool, friendly neighbours, and is centrally located in Sebring. We would stay again, thanks for super hosting Trevor!

Halina's condo was exactly as described and pictured on the Airbnb website. Her ground floor garden villa was located on a golf course in Sun 'n Lake in Sebring. The condo was located in a safe and very walk-able area on the golf course with the clubhouse less than a block away. The accommodations provided all the conveniences of home and were very clean upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and the shower with full flow shower head was great. The large flat screen TV and Wifi worked great, too. Communications with Halina were excellent. Everything worked out well during my week long stay and I would definitely consider staying there again on future visits to the area. I would highly recommend Halina's villa condo.

Lori was a wonderful host. She was very quick to respond to any messages. Her place was very clean and well kept. The community was quiet and peaceful with some things to do within walking distance of the house. Would absolutely consider staying again.
