Waterfront holiday rentals in Ávila

Very good experience in the house of Angelines and her husband, from the beginning they communicated very well with us and they are very nice and friendly people. The house is very cozy and is perfect for a quiet weekend, as you can connect with nature, the views are very good too, you have access to the marsh of San Juan a 5 min walk.... And you can also entertain yourself in any way and the house, as there is a ping pong table, billiards, darts, board games... All in all it was a wonderful stay with lovely hosts and a highly recommended house.

We stayed 2 nights with our dog and the truth is that to disconnect, I would repeat. The house has almost everything and comes very complete. What is missing can be achieved in the super of the village 5 min. by car. Ground parking is literally in front. Anything, Walter is always on the lookout and responds quite quickly. The only thing that the wifi and mobile data due to the location of the listing are somewhat weak and not going very well. But that helps to disconnect and spend the time enjoying nature. It has, a few meters above, a path that you can walk surrounded by nature. Of course, if they go with their pets you have to be careful with the caterpillars because we have seen them in the area. Overall, we had a very good experience and I would repeat it. Thank you, Walter!

It was a great experience in this apartment. It was worth it an hour away from Madrid to wake up in such a place, where you look out the window and only see trees. The place is very nice, comfortable, spacious and clean. It has everything you need to spend a couple days in a natural environment, relax and unwind. The attention and communication with Aitor were great. 100% recommended.

If I just say that "we felt at home", I think I would describe perfectly how well we were in this beautiful little house. It is cozy, it matches the description 100%, the heating has worked incredibly well, and the hot water has not ceased to be present in any of the bathrooms/showers we have taken. Paula has communicated with a lot of clarity and kindness, in addition to being very quick. The experience has been second to none.

We spent a few very nice days enjoying the heat of the fireplace, the smell of nature and the barbecue! We will definitely be back!!!

Rural house located within an estate with two other houses,located in a wonderful enclave, next to the Rio Tormes and the Barco de Ávila,where you could breathe tranquility in rudales. Paco made us enjoy the experience from minute one and he cared that we had everything ready for the stay. I went with my family to spend New Year's Eve and disconnect from the city,along with our three dogs that also enjoyed running around the estate and walking around the town of lo lindo. The place is surrounded by sites of interest,routes and wonderful landscapes that invite you to relax and rest. The house is perfectly equipped and the surroundings as shown in the photos. In short,we spent a few wonderful and perfect days of disconnection to start 2025 surrounded by nature. Thank you Paco for everything!! :) We will probably repeat
