From the minute that we arrived at the villa, we all felt at home. The villa was incredibly comfortable and had all the facilities that we needed, so much so, we rarely left, as the children were so happy playing in the pool every day. I would definitely recommend this villa and would hopefully be back in the near future.

Our family stayed at Villa Pelagio for one week in mid-November 2024. Weather in Cyprus was still very nice, sunny, barely any rain and not too hot. We truly enjoyed Marios' villa, specially the pool, it was real luxus to us. Having a 5-year-old and and an 8-year-old children, the pool was perfect to us, since the other half of the pool only has 0,8 m depth water. The villa is good equipped, clean and just as beautiful as in the pictures. It offers a great surrounding for a peaceful holiday, but is not far away from services. There are amazing beaches nearby too like Makronissos and Nissi beach, both suitable for families with children. Larnaka is only half an hour away by car, Agia Napa is very close and Nikosia is one hour away by car. The traffic in Nikosia can be very heavy but possible to survive! Marios always replied quickly and thoroughly to our questions and was really helpful. We can warmly recommend Villa Pelagio!

Great apartment -- I highly recommend it. Spacious, bright, big windows, clean on arrival. All appliances worked well. Internet was good -- and fast enough for video calls. Big terrace. The location is great -- close to the beach, near enough to walk to a few good grocery stores, and by a street with a lot of restaurants. In the winter months, occupancy of holiday housing is way down, but enough of the shops and restaurants stay open that it doesn't feel like a ghost town like Protaras -- I recommend it in the winter! The beach is more "natural" around here, and less developed than in Protaras or Agia Napa. But still quite a few sandy bays if that's what you're looking for. There's a nice gym at the front of the apartment complex for 7 euros per day. Highly recommended stay. Thank you!

This is an incredible mansion with privacy and amazing facilities. I would love to stay there again with friends but for longer! Definitely need a car, however once there you may never want to leave! The pool and outhouse sauna were brilliant! Thanks Vassos.

This Villa is lovely and we spent 10 wonderful days here. It had everything we needed for self catering, and relaxing in outdoor area on sun loungers and swimming pool. The beach is a ten minute walk away and access to great restaurants and evening entertainment if desired. Any queries were responded to promptly and an issue with AC unit when reported was dealt with within 12 hours. Friendly, helpful support from Xenios arranging airport transfers and as we had a return flight late evening we were able to extend our check out time until 8.30 pm for a reasonable fee. The open plan downstairs area was perfect on the morning of my daughter’s wedding, when preparing for the event there was plenty of space for the hairdresser, make up artists and photographers to do their job. Staying at the villa enhanced the wedding occasion which was very special for us and helped create beautiful memories. I look forward to coming back. Thank you.

The location is perfect for the nearby beach of Kaparis. Several bars easily accessible by foot. Definitely take time for a beach walk! Great view and lots of nice bars and small coves on the way. Rental car would be important for more. But you can also easily by bus to the center of Protaras. The villa was very large, super clean ! And had a beautiful private pool. Well and sufficiently equipped. A preparation of filter coffee or a dishwasher would have been nice. But hosts will take care of it right away ! Fly gates would be nice. Parking for car is really very small and tight to drive in. If the houses are inhabited all around, this is rather not private and comparable to terraced house in Germany. It sounds very much in the settlement and you only have unobstructed views from a window upstairs. Nevertheless very nice for holidays in Protaras outside the lively center.
