Holiday rentals with a patio in Avery County

We loved our stay! It was very easy to find, the location was BEAUTIFUL!!!

We had the best time and loved our view of the slopes from the porch! The pool and hot tub area was so nice and everyone was so friendly. Our son had a great time. It was a very kid friendly environment. Sherrie was an awesome communicator and very sweet. We will definitely be back.

Amy’s place was just what we were hoping it would be for a place to stay during a two day ski trip to Beech Mountain. Listing was just as described. Amy very friendly and helpful.

Becky's place was cozy. it has agreat location that is close shopping, dinning, and the ski resort. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials. the upstairs bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the games provided.

The apartment location is super convenient since it is literally 5 minutes from the Ski resort areas, which is the main attraction during winter time, couple of local restaurants and ski rent stores. It is a very cozy place and the hosts were very communicative, keept us up to date on the weather conditions (a big thing if you don't have the proper vehicle for the area).

Cozier space and very beautiful decoration. The location is also great and the hoster is super attentive and quick to respond when we need it, I highly recommend it!

The condo was the perfect base for our family's weekend in the mountains. It's is walking distance to the sledding hill, in the next building to the pool/hot tub, and there's a smaller hill for sledding right outside. Do take the instructions about snow chains seriously; the last half mile of the drive was very icy when we were there.

Fantastic and comfortable stay, This place has all you need. Private yet close to everything. Don’t sleep on this one, we’ll be back.

Well stocked kitchen for cooking and very comfy living room. Plenty of space for a family of four. I liked being within the community and having access to the lake and playground. AWD recommended for winter. The community does a nice job of maintaining roads including a plow but we were glad we rented an AWD suv when it snowed on our last night. Very convenient location for snow tubing at Jonas Ridge.

Myla was great, attentive and the home was fabulous. Our family had a great time snowboarding and relaxing.

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

Robert was a wonderful host and very helpful when we ran into car issues. The condo is easily accessible, located behind the public sledding hill and within walking distance to Famous Brick Oven Pizzeria and Beech Mountain Ski Resort free shuttle service from their overflow parking lot. Parking at the ski resort can be a nightmare, especially on holidays, so I would recommend taking advantage of the free shuttle. There is a walkway right as you exit the condo along the playground that will take you to the back end of the overflow parking lot. After a long day of skiing, we enjoyed warming up by the cozy wood burning fire.

This is the perfect cabin getaway for any celebration, a beautiful mountain adventure,ski trip and everything in between! Jo was extremely communicative and made us feel so cozy during our experience! Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

When we walked into the condo, l said “this place is better than I expected”. Jody’s place is very clean and cozy with breathtaking view of the slopes and mountains. We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Kitchen is fully stocked (has olive oil, salt, and paper). Showers do not have toiletries. Please pack your own.
