Waterfront holiday rentals in Aventura

We loved the area, and the condo was very nicely decorated! Felt very coastal, without being "overly so". Very nice to be able to see out of the dining area to overlook the canal! The pool was nice and clean, and there were plenty of chairs and tables to sit at outside, right on the waterway...we will definitely book again if we come down!

This is the second time I have stayed in this space and I loved it just as much as the first! I actually have it booked again for a third stay! Absolutely everything you could need in a beautiful and quiet location! Close to great restaurants and the beach and just up the road from Publix. Responsive and friendly hosts who communicate everything perfectly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay.

It's a really nice place with wonderful views and the pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay. Easy to walk to various bars and restaurants. Check-in was a little confusing as there are 3 buildings and it wasn't clear which building and entrance to use. Ben should provide a map/photo of the valet and entrance to use. Also, the lady who checked us in didn't speak very good English. Overall, we enjoyed it.

This condo is great. An incredible view and close to everything we wanted. The amenities and unit were accurately described and more than met our needs. Rodney was a responsive host and gave precise instructions for check-in and access. We've stayed at the ICON a few times and this is a condo we certainly hope to use again in the future. We can’t say enough about our stay. It was perfect in every way. Our hostess Nikki was thoughtful and beyond kind. We appreciated her thinking of everything we would need. The landscaping around the pool was amazing and made us feel like we were on a private estate….just the vacation we needed! Thank you, Nikki.

The place was just as described and represented in the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location on the canal was beautiful and the heated pool was great! The location was convenient as long as you have a rental car. Easy to get to and from places you'd want to visit. Chase Stadium (Inter Miami) was only 5 mins away.

Our Family had an amazing stay! The house and lakefront was serine and peaceful. We enjoyed kayaking, paddle boarding, relaxing and cooking with the family. The beds were SO comfortable that I had to peel the family out of them! South beach is an easy drive or Uber ride and on rainy days the Dadeland mall was a good spot to shop and walk around. This is such a family friendly location that is out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to get into the city and back. We can’t wait to visit again!

Spencer's Air B&B is an exceptional property, great for extended families. The home sits on a canal in a beautiful neighborhood. The pool/hot tub is large and accommodated our family of 8 adults with enough sun chairs and couches for everyone. My favorite room was the lanai, with plenty of seating and a large table for outdoor dining. Each morning I would pour a cup of coffee and have a pastry from Croissan'time French bakery and sit in the hammock chair and feel the breeze. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to make family dinners (including a large grill). We appreciated the wagon with beach chairs for our trip to the beach and the pool inflatables to float and relax. The hosts are very responsive and communicated quickly by email. All-in-all, a great home in which to enjoy Ft. Lauderdal.

I truly couldn’t say enough amazing things about my entire experience and stay at this home and with this host. I extended my trip three times I believe because it felt hard to part with being in such paradise… I’m not sure I could ever consider staying anywhere else in Fort Lauderdale after staying at Lance and Danielle ‘s. I couldn’t have come up with a single complaint or any higher praise absolutely beautiful and such an amazing wonderful trip.

Great views, day or night. Outstanding location on the water. A small deck that will make your day with plenty of beauty to look at. We had a great stay at Chad's. Located in a perfect spot to see the sights, yet be quiet and private when you just want to relax. The parking spot is right below the unit and makes everything very easy. Chad was a communicative and excellent host. Everything was clean, comfortable, exactly as described and pictured.

Nice spacious condo walking distance to the beach in Sunny Isles. Responsive host and no issues throughout the stay.

Place was great lots of supplies provided. The place smelled amazing and was exactly as pictured. Bedroom especially is quite nice. The blinds are a bit tricky they get stuck but we eventually figured out a system. Otherwise great place would recommend

The host was great, always available to response literally anything at any time… 10/10! Location is amazing, literally next to aventura mall and super save area. You always see people walking around and it’s a very family atmosphere. We stayed for a month.

Overall highly recommend Great location Well equipped Note: the building would not let us use the pool or the spa on our last day and wasted 1 hour of time calling around on why our passes expired without solving it (pool is run by W hotel)
