Beachfront holiday rental in Avaré

I would like to thank Clayton immensely for having us so well! The house is wonderful, comfortable, kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The condominium a charm! And the pool then... beautiful Anyway we only have positive points to talk about, and thank you! We'll be back for sure! I could not help mentioning the housekeeper Carlinhos, always ready to help us!

We spent an amazing carnival in the house by the Avaré Dam and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The accommodations were impeccable, super comfortable and well equipped, offering all the comfort we needed. The space is simply wonderful, with a breathtaking view and many moments of tranquility. The location is perfect for those looking for a getaway close to nature, with easy access to the dam to enjoy the sunny days. For sure, we recommend the place for those seeking rest and leisure. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is very close to the dam and the place is very private and the beach is almost private. Cleiton has always been available answering all the questions, including it was quite flexible at check-in and especially at checkout, which allowed us to stay a little extra on Sunday. The house has all the kitchen utensils, and it is necessary to bring bedding and towels. We were able to rent a quad bike in the condominium itself and we strolled a lot around the region. We will certainly return and it remains one of the favorite places to stay.

Everything was very peaceful! Flexibility in check-in and check-out. Very good facilities, beach in front of the ranch and neighbors who did not disturb us. There were about 4 dogs there, 2 of them, Bingo and Bibi, very friendly and liked to walk with us. There was no internet connection on site, but none was needed, there is a cell phone signal (Claro), but no one goes there to surf (the internet)! They had 2 kayaks for fun, but both were punctured, the yellow one filled up quickly and sank, the red one could be used for a few minutes. They also had life jackets in good condition. Portable barbecue on the balcony that served us very well! In the en-suite and in the living room there was a lot of long hair on the floor, but a sweep solved it. We had no shortage of energy or water! Very complete kitchen utensils. Gabriel pointed us to a great pizzeria (across the street) really good!! It was very worthwhile, I would definitely come back!
