Beachfront holiday rental in Avalon Beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at Anna's. The house is great for a young kid, in particular the safe garden spaces. The view is spectacular. I'm not sure there is a better one in the area. Everything was clean, easy to find and the extra details like beach umbrellas, sand toys and kids toys made the holiday that much easier.

Absolutely loved our stay! It was perfect for our family weekend away. The place is so well done, beautifully decorated and so comfortable with everything you need. We’d love to stay again!

Elizabeth and Larry's place was amazing. Just walked out the back and you are at the water and they had so many things on offer to help us enjoy our stay - picnic table, sun loungers, kyaks, tinny, life jackets... you couldn't avoid relaxing if you tried! The house was lovely and clean and had everything you needed to cook. They were so friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again soon

Fantastic apartment exactly as described. Very clean and tidy. The air-conditioning and fans were great. Comfortable bed. The location and views were amazing. The manual containing restaurant and other tips was spot on.

Lovely location, house is comfortable, relaxed and perfect for a beach holiday. Our dogs loved the back yard and the dog beach. Ceiling fans were essential as there is no air conditioning. We had a great stay and will be back.

Gorgeous location and one of the best stocked Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in, in terms of crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, salad bowls, bread boards plus surplus stock for bathrooms, kitchen needs etc. We had a really great stay in every way.

What a lovely find in a magic spot! House was perfectly located within such close walking distance to the Boathouse, beach and creek. The pool was great for a refreshing dip and the covered deck made relaxing enjoyable both in sunny and rainy weather. We also loved being able to bring our dog!

Had such a great stay at Peter’s place! It was opposite the beach, which was lovely. Everything was walkable, cafes, woolies and restaurants. The place itself was in amazing condition and Peter was super flexible about me checking in slightly early so I could work. He also send me very clear instructions and a comprehensive list of local recommendations. To top it off it is pet friendly and my little pup had the best stay! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We are a family of 4 with an 11 and 8 yr old. This house was perfectly located in relation to the the main town road, the lake behind us, which you could see from the dining room, and the beach. The walk to the beach is 10 min through the cozy town, very easily accessible. The house was amazingly clean, she had every amenity that you could possibly want including salt, pepper, oils, glad wrap, tin foil, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, which I find important when you're staying for a week like we did. Felicity was very responsive. there was lots of storage space for your groceries, a washer and dryer were available, lots of places to hang up your towels to dry after a day at the beach. it truly was a very beautiful and cozy place to stay.

Fantastic location, miodern clean beautiful apartment, couldn't ask for anything more, 5 star recommendation for anybody wanting to stay in manly.

To celebrate my 50th birthday my husband, son and I booked 2 nights in Manly. The apartment overlooking the beach was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed and the host was polite and responsive. The apartment was beautiful with lovely prints on the wall and very clean. We would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank you.

Gwen's place was very clean and spacious and a great location right beside the beach and lookouts. Gwen was very welcoming and friendly and we had a lovely stay in her house. Highly recommended.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Jeremy’s. The unit is in the most perfect location and has everything we needed and more. Very clean, peaceful and cosy. We hope to stay again next year. Highly recommended.

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

The communication from Debbie was excellent. Contacted me as soon as the booking was made with information about my stay & followed up closer to my booking date. Apartment was clean, comfortable & the elevated view over the pool & Brisbane Water was stunning. Plenty of cafes & restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed my time at Ettalong.

The location is fabulous near to the center of Manly but away from the hustle and bustle, so it's very quiet but all of the amenity that I needed eg cafes, Swedish bakery and the retail shops a stone's throw away.

A beautifully appointed studio, detached from the main house and very private. Light and bright, with a lovely coastal feel. Very clean. Stylish furnishings, quality linens, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfy bed and pillows! Great location, close to Palm beach, Whale beach, and Avalon. Plus Snappermans beach is just at the end of the street! Amethyst is a responsive, friendly, and helpful host. Very welcoming and accommodating. I loved my stay and would highly recommend! I hope to visit again.

Tiffany's Place was amazing. The beach and lagoon right at the back doorstep and the view was amazing. The place was clean and as described. We had a group of families and everyone enjoyed their trip. Thanks Tiffany.

I honestly can’t say enough about how phenomenal this experience was. I came off of a 20 hour flight and couldn’t wait to relax, cook dinner, and enjoy being on the water. It was the most beautiful sunset I had ever seen and one of the best night’s sleep of my life. From being picked up at the dock to the adventure of the return trip back to shore, I would recommend this incredible stay to anyone!

Great property in ideal location - plenty of undercover entertaining space and exceptionally well appointed throughout. Jacuzzi and fireplace complement outdoor entertaining options. Excellent host (Carla) was responsive, helpful and added to the experience. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful week at Patonga. Margaret's place was just perfect for our post Christmas family relaxation. The view across to Palm beach is spectacular and the coming and goings of the boats was very entertaining. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. We loved the proximity of the water, just a hop skip and a jump. Having the pub and restaurant stumbling distance away was also very handy. Patonga has a lovely village feel and Margaret was a perfect host.

The location is perfect for a relaxing beachside family holiday. So much to do in this area including surfing, swimming, walking, hiking and golf. Cafes are great. The bus service is excellent so no need to drive anywhere. Highly recommended.

We had an unforgettable stay at Mel’s stunning home. Heaps of space for our extended family, beautiful spaces and thoughtful touches. Love how we relaxed walking in the house, it’s even better than the photos.
