Pristine apartment with more that what you will ever need in Morzine - really really good find. Very clean and modern apartment right pay the bottom of the super Morzine lift and 4 in walk to Pleney - ski locker and heater for boots in the basement a great addition. Charles was very welcoming, and responsive to our requests. The place, very clean, has all the necessities . It is ideally located, close to everything (lake, shops, city center, public transport, market...), allowing you to visit everything on foot and offering a very pleasant stay. We had a great time at Hervé's apartment. The accommodation is spacious, super well-equipped, very quiet and very well located. The view of the lake is beautiful. Hervé and his wife Sandra, are very welcoming hosts, who gave us a lot of information about things to see and do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we will return to sunny days.

I didn't stay very long but I was very well received. The accommodation is well appointed pleasant quiet. There's a nice decor. The space is cozy soothing .

Sabine was a responsive and very kind host. The house is amazing! we had a great time cooking, playing board games in the living room, or enjoying the 6 seater hot tub and bocce court. We'll be back again if we have the chance!

Stay in the middle of nature, total change of scenery, it was perfect. The Nordic bath is a more peaceful place to recommend, we'll be back!!!! Thank you very much.

Very pleasant stay in this atypical cottage. The place is quiet and peaceful, ideal to work and recharge. We particularly enjoyed the large living room and the view of the surrounding mountains. Martine is charming and very welcoming and it was a pleasure to chat with.

Loved it here. In addition to Sebastian being very helpful, there is also a reception desk with super friendly and helpful staff. Whilst busy as expected, we still very much enjoyed the pool/spa/sauna activities after a day of skiing. To get to the ski field there is a bus very close, one stop to the field. Or if you prefer to walk, only 10mins. Or if you prefer to ski, short walk to elevator to ski down. There is a ski locker in the building too. Also very easy to get into town across the footbridge and good access to supermarket. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed in the kitchen. Heated bathroom floor and towel rack help too. No complaints at all, has everything you could want.

It went very well. Semira explains to us very well the conditions of arrival and the apartment is ideally located. The apartment was clean and is perfectly located. Just a small plumbing issue upon arrival. Flush not working but a plumber intervened quickly. Everything went very well Thank you Semira

Ingrid's apartment is ideal for 3 persons. It was fully equiped. it has also boots heating system, which we find very usefull. the location is also perfect, i would defintely recommend it.

Clear etaieny instructions, description faithful to the property. Only a 10-minute walk to a sublime swimming area. The little bemole is the access to the parking lot in high season it makes you park 5 minutes' walk from the accommodation. I really recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment, everything is spotless, the amenities are perfect. Direct access to the slopes is direct from the ski room. Quiet residence Charming resort with activities offered every night during our stay during the school holidays. Just think about a busy pharmacy kit because there isn't one in the resort. All the explanations given by Gregory were very clear and the exchanges very pleasant. We'll definitely be back next year!

Quality apartment, nice services and very well located in the resort.

Although the apartment is fairly small (as you can tell from the photos) it is very well organised with a lot of storage and our family of five were very comfortable during our week long stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean which we really appreciated. José is a great host and was very responsive to our questions. Lastly we loved Avoriaz and the location of this apartment is really super, you can ski right to the door and it’s only a minute or two to the centre of town.
