It was very cold when we arrived, but the heaters quickly heated up the place. We liked being close to downtown Nevada City which had many charming stores and restaurants. We all liked our beds and they were comfortable. I'd say the full size bed was the most comfortable. You did have to wait awhile for the hot water to kick in. There were plenty of towels. Thank you so much.

Michael's place was nicely remodeled and very clean. It was comfortable and met our needs. The basics were present in the kitchen, however there was not an abundance of supplies. We appreciated both the coffee and tea appliances, as well as the extra cozy comforters. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I really enjoyed my time in this space! I loved the backyard and adorable decor. Kelsey was great and super responsive. I would definitely book again!

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. Wonderful spot! We were 8 students in town for a conference and it slept up all comfortably. The house lives up to its listing - awesome game room, hot tub was a blissful relief for 6 ppl, a large and well-furnished backyard that I wish we could have spent more time in! Also there was a lush orange tree in full bloom whose fruits were delicious! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were luxurious, good amount of space to spread out in the main room. Plenty of street parking and a quiet safe street. The hosts were responsive to a few question I had about finding extra linens and key items - a lovely place for a family or large group!

Exquisite property. So lucky to be immersed in nature, with trees all around and the lake down below. Lucky to open the accordion windows on a sunny Sat, bringing the outside in, and to also watch the rain from within the glass box on Sun, a beautiful experience.

5-Star rating and beyond .Zach was super attentive, kind and promptly responded when we needed his help most. He went the extra mile to provide the ask and beyond he was extremely supportive . We will definitely book this place again . Thanks so much Zach!

Location makes it easy to get to other places in Davis. It’s not a big place but nicely arranged. Beds are very comfortable. Sun comes in the kitchen window in the morning and is very nice. Our host was really great and responsive to our needs.

We had a nice stay with another couple and two dogs. Jacque left us cute notes and treats/beds for the dogs. Everything was well thought out and very comfortable. Would consider staying again if it was a little less expensive and closer to the snow!

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

Wonderful stay for a family event (four adults) in Roseville. The house is lovely, and everyone agreed it would be a great home to return to in the future. This home would be great for a family with children.

The house was as advertised and a great stay. The host provided very clear driving directions, which were helpful. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after a day of playing in the snow. Overall, a good experience

Our group had a wonderful stay at Lindsey’s home—she was super responsive but the house was also clean, well stocked, well taken care of so we didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay. The sauna, hot tub and cold pool were amazing. Plenty of space, two options for dining areas—the weather was perfect and we dined outside a few times. The sound of the creek running through was also so peaceful. You could hear birds chirping in the mornings too! A beautiful escape from the city.

Really enjoyed staying here. Love how the sun hits into the room in the daytime. Decor makes it one of a kind, not like most airbnbs with no character. Host very responsive. Left some things and has been helpful trying to get them back to me. Would book again.

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

I usually stay at Marriott Courtyard. Jenny's place is more comfortable and of good value.

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

in a rare case of an Airbnb living up to the pictures, this is a spectacular space. Is it small? Yes, but lovelier than most other places I've stayed in. It is sparkling clean with a wood floor inside and a bathroom. a few steps up with a smaller shower stall. But the real highlight is that first of all, there is parking in the driveway, the neighborhood is gorgeous and easily accessible to get on the freeway in like less than 10 minutes, the walkway to to the unit in the backyard is well lit and paved, And the backyard is so thoughtful and delightful. It's designed like a Zen campsite. It is gorgeous with pathways and sitting spaces and everything is in exceptional condition. Host wasn't chatty but didn't need to be, the instructions were abundantly clear and the space had absolutely everything I needed. Check in and check out were both easy peasy. It's not even a complaint, because plenty of people love a really soft bed, I might prefer something a little bit firmer.

We have stayed at the Triangle Ranch for two retreats and it has been an amazing experience! The hosts are amazing and are pros at making everything easy and seamless. It is such a beautiful and serene location and if I could give the experience 6 stars I would.

My partner, our dog, and I had an amazing time at Tasha's place. The house was so nice and cozy and had everything we needed. The house is located so close to mountain bike trails but is still only a 5 minute drive from town. Tasha was a great host and was helpful with everything we needed! We will definitely be coming back!
