A real favorite for this listing. Everything was there, the place is well appointed and well thought out, nothing is left to chance. Hosts are responsive and welcoming. The accommodation is quiet.

Superb cottage. Everything is nice and recently nothing to complain about except that it is at its best for business travel or family holidays.

With three adult children (18, 20 and 21) we stayed with our family for one week with András and Klára in Villeneuve-de-Berg. A true paradise in a simple quiet French village with two bakeries within walking distance. One was a delicious master sofa baker, which we tried out different pastries from. (Recommended!) On Tuesday night there is a night market (kind of fair) and on Wednesday morning a regional market where you can buy breads, olives, sausages, grilled chicken from the spit etc. We barbecued for several days and enjoyed the attractively furnished house, terraces garden and swimming pool and we tried out various activities of András's activities list. Swimming in the river at Labeaume we have combined with "climbing in trees" in the morning at Hold on to the branches (in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc). It was a great day. András and Klara are great owners; caring, helpful, easily accessible and speak English well.

We had a lovely stay at Jean-Christophe's, a very welcoming host, very attentive, and we followed his advice for visits and walks around. We recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature. We found the cottage incredibly beautiful, the kitchen is perfect for large groups, the rooms are very well furnished, the petanque court was very much appreciated, and we spent a lot of time at the pool. The view is amazing and we spent all our evenings looking at the stars, since there is no light pollution. In short, we had a great time, we recommend it!

We had a lovely time with the family in this home. The place is peaceful, conducive to calm and tranquility. The little ones loved the children's room which has a wide range of games. I would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful mas d 'Ardèche very well laid out. Spacious bedrooms, very green and shaded outdoor spaces, the garden and pool are accessible directly from the house and very pleasant. The house is very well located, quiet at the entrance to the village of Berrias, convenient for bakery, and water activities are quickly accessible 15 minutes by car... Communication with our hosts was very efficient and everything went perfectly well. We were 2 families, 8 people in total and the house really enjoyed everyone!

We had a lovely stay at Christelle and Ferdinand's. Christelle welcomed us very warmly. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is very charming and neat. We immediately felt comfortable. It is clean and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, offering peace and quiet. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Shirley's apartment was perfect for the four of us with a dog to enjoy the fantastic Labeaume and the great area for a week. The attractively and practically furnished apartment and especially the terrace were even a little more spacious than expected and pleasantly bright through the window front and skylight. For us it was no problem, but less mobile or particularly noise-sensitive people should note that the apartment is located at the back of the village square with a (very cozy) bar and is accessible on the second floor via two external stairs. Shirley was a perfect host, she was always helpful, flexible and easy to reach when needed. 100% recommendation!

The house is large, the outdoor space is very pleasant, a few minutes' drive from the small center of Jaujac. We had a lovely weekend.

Beautiful house, the first floor is well appointed, beautiful design of an architect house from the 70s, very nice. Nice terrace adjoining the kitchen. In addition, access to the city center is a few minutes away during a pleasant walk. Very quiet! Thanks for everything.

Guy, Marie-Hélène and Thibault were wonderful hosts. The place is beautiful and the cottage is exactly as described. They are extremely kind and did everything to make us enjoy their farm: observe the sheep going out and coming in, bottle feed the lambs, observe the lambs born during the night, feed the donkeys, etc. Our 3.5 year old daughter was thrilled and didn't want to leave. We'll be back for sure.

We had an exceptional two-night stay in this beautiful area. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by incredible, attentive and very generous hosts. For my wife's birthday, they upgraded us, a gesture that deeply touched us. The estate is a haven of peace, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. Direct access to the forest and breathtaking views of deer, fallow deer and sheep added a magical touch to our stay. The accommodation was comfortable and well located for enjoying the surrounding nature. A big thank you to the hosts for their warm hosting and generosity. We would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway!

We were delighted with our stay. The cottage has been redone with great taste and very beautiful materials. The bedding is extremely comfortable. Celine and Eric gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. In short, a flawless one. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent welcome, the place is magnificent and very well kept. Quiet, surrounded by greenery without being far from all amenities. We were 9 in the large apartment , privacy preserved for everyone, very well equipped and wild foosball games. Don't hesitate!

This is an amazing house in a top location! It is a very spacious house extremely suitable for a large group with different families. The house is very quiet but still very close to all shops and the city center. The garden and swimming pool are very nice to stay in.

We stayed at this place for a weekend with friends in early March 2025. The goal was to go tobogganing at La Croix de Beauzon and being able to sleep nearby. The place offered was impeccable. Peaceful environment. Step-free house ideal for young children. We would recommend it.
