Great spot in a quiet little town on the water

I almost don’t want to say how fantastic my stay was because going forward you are sure to be always booked! I absolutely LOVED Commonground! The building buzzed with positivity and happy people. The cafe and food downstairs were delicious. The music at night fun. Everyone seemed happy. The room was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had everything I need and more. I loved that you had games, a pack and play, a high chair, extra comfy pillows and blankets. I liked. That there were two real plants in the kitchen (which I watered and pruned for you). I suppose the only things I would say is that I miss having cable, being a news person, and the overheard lights were a bit too bright. I highly recommend Commonground.

Perfect stay. Location was ideal. The apartment is large and comfortable. I was thrilled to stay in an Airbnb home that wasn't absolutely inundated in chemical fabric softeners and fragrances. This home was clean and did not have any chemical overwhelm. Excellent. Would stay again.

Could be a little confusing to get to without the clear instructions given at check in. Appreciated quick responses when we had questions!

Place was beautiful and very clean. Newer complex. Would stay here again when in the area. It is about a 20 minute walk to Front Street. Location is good if heading out to the Dunes or other sites. Linda was very responsive.

Great spot close to great breweries and restaurants. Easy check in and parking. Loved the balcony in the evenings.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

We had a great time. Very beautiful scenery on a peaceful lake. We enjoyed absolute relaxation and didn’t have much reason to leave.

Beautiful home! Loved the view, even the master bedroom had an amazing view! Great beach area. Loved the dock, the bench at the end was picture perfect! Kitchen and bathrooms had all the amenities. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. So peaceful, unforgettable views!

We loved the beautiful lake views and that we could bring our dog with us. Stargazing while enjoying s’mores at the fire pit was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Me and my family had an amazing trip, most definitely a memorable one. House was very spotless when we walked in and the frozen lake behind the backyard was very beautiful.

Angela and Jason were just terrific Hosts! They were very responsive and easy going! Our stay felt more like a grounding retreat! The amenities and shared spaces were perfect for small groups. My favorite spot was the wooden swing at sunrise with a cup of coffee in hand and my warm throw. That view is just so beautiful!! It was exactly what the kids and i needed after a crazy week of going back to school! My boys loved kayaking. They packed their fishing gear and set off first thing in the am. We loved the pontoon as well! It was nice to take out the whole family on it as the kiddos enjoyed the tube! We docked at the sand bar and the kids got to swim in 2feet of pristine water! After soaking up the sun, we came in to bbq off the deck and later enjoyed s'mores around the bonfire. We were mesmerized by the stars in the sky! There were so many of them! I could get used to Waking up in the morning to a view like that! We will definitely be visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this gorgeously updated condo with a lake view. Patty and Al are friendly and responsive and gave us terrific recommendations for dining, sight-seeing, and making the most of our stay. The condo itself is lakeside and the many windows offer lovely views - both sunrise and sunset. Downtown restaurants and gift shops in Boyne City are just a short walk away along the waterfront, passing parks and boat launches along the way. We visited summertime but it's perfectly situated for skiers as well.

We loved our time at Mikes condo in Traverse. It’s a wonderful location and walkable to pretty much everything downtown. The condo was spotlessly clean, that’s a biggie for me, and this was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in. We loved our time and the great view of the lake, thank you!

Dandan's place was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfortable, with all amenities and with the most fabulous view of the water. We will be back!

Our stay was great! Perfect for a ski weekend at Boyne! We had one minor mishap with the pullout bed that was corrected asap after reaching out to our host!

Gorgeous view and it’s especially lovely and unique to see the lake in the winter. The home was immaculate and looked just like the photos in the profile. Soaking tub is a slice of luxury. Easy in and out with a convenient location. Would stay again for sure.

Our stay at Rick's place for an extended wedding weekend was perfect. Clean and perfect location! Easy to check in and out. Beautiful location although the weather was truly "fall" and we didn't get to enjoy some of the wonderful outdoor spaces. Overall, we recommend this condo for a beautiful Boyne City stay.

Cannot say enough great things about this space and Michael! Amazing space. Fell in love with TC! Will be back....and definitely stay here!
