Clean, comfortable, warm place, comfortable beds, with everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. The bathroom and dining room are outside, carry flies repellent, at least on the days we were unrelenting mosquitoes. Great attention by the host,very friendly.

Excellent place to stay, clean, central and with everything you need to be quiet. Everything went out perfect. I'll definitely be back.

(CHEMICAL FREE) AS WELL AS THE ATTENTION 🏝️ OF THE SPECTACULAR DEYSI BEACH WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE ATTENTIONS AND EAGER TO RETURN IN THE MONTH OF JULY TO SEE THE TURTLES. THE HOUSE HAS MANY SPACES TO ENJOY A FAMILY IN ADDITION TO THE POOL WITH FOUNTAIN, WE ALSO PLAY BILLIARDS AND JENGA. CLEANING OF 10 SUPER CLEAN TOWELS AND SHEETS. Good location value for money. Very kind Irene and he responded me promptly. In general central, although I do not recommend anyone in general, i.e. to Cuetzalan, not to be prepared to walk.

Do it, if you are thinking about going, stop thinking about it and do it. What a beautiful view, what a quiet place, and what attention from everyone. Everything was great. Obviously I'll be back

Very nice and good communication, just that it is a little unsafe to carry pets, as for the same reason, other dogs filter into the property.

Besides the things I mentioned to Omar, This place is completely worth it. Omar helped us when some friends needed our place before we got there and he was able to accommodate. The place is spacious and can be use for a gathering if desired. It’s best to be dropped off by taxi on the neighborhood side but it’s better to catch a taxi down the staircase side. Overall this place has beautiful views of the city and nearby volcano. Oh and when they say it’s cold, it’s a humid cold so it penetrates, so be ready.

We loved the stay with Mr. Gregorio. Everything was very clean and tidy. We liked it was close to the Cuetzalan Center and in the same way several grottoes. Our puppies also really liked the stay and they had space to play.
