Beautiful place, modern, clean, good location, every room has its own toilet and shower which is great. I would deffinitely recommend.

the stay was great from the beginning to the last day. I can't think of a better location to explore valletta and the rest of the island. bus and ferry almost in front of the "front door". i see the climbing stairs in the house as a fitness. the house is chic , clean and really fully equipped with everything you need. thanks to vincent&valentina for the great stay. Bert and his team were very responsive and helpful since the beginning. I’d recommend this place for anyone looking out to stay and explore Malta. Given the centered location one must keep in mind the parking situation. Cheers

We have just enjoyed a lovely week in Malta, having chosen to stay at Il-Mellieha because of easy access to nice beaches and to Gozo and Comino. The apartment was modern, clean and spacious with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. We enjoyed eating at the nearby restaurants, using the local shops and travelling with the convenient bus service. Maria was a very attentive host and everything was well organised. Would recommend.

Probably the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed in! Zak was an excellent host, the place was spotless, and the view was incredible! This house is perfect for a family who wants a private pool area in a peaceful village. There were a few restaurants within walking distance and the food was excellent! Next time, we’ll bring more family and friends for a long weekend. The kitchen was our dream kitchen and we wish we used it more! We had an amazing time overall with the pool area (even though it was a bit too cold outside to swim when we went!). Thank you so much for everything! This place is highly recommended and a hidden gem!

A really charming place, full of character. Beautiful tiling throughout and tasteful. Very quiet at night. Much bigger than I expected. Very well equiped. Comfortable bed. Martin was extremely helpful. I'd highly recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay in Gozo. Xlendi bay was just a few minutes away with great water and nature. The apartment had everything we needed. It had all the amenities for a long stay and was spotless. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Definitely recommend!

We had a very nice stay at Victor’s farmhouse in Xhagra. The location must be one of the closest to Ramla Bay that are available as vacation rentals. The beach can even be reached by a nice walk (when it’s not too hot). The shortest drive to the neighboring village Nadur actually passes through Ramla Bay. The house itself is beautiful, cozy, has all that’s needed for a family or group vacation, has a nice pool and BBQ, and last but not least you can see the Mediterranean from the house. One potential issue for guests who are sensitive to noise from neighbors (or worries about own noise), while the walls are thick, they are not sound proof, so we could hear some noise from the neighbors at times. Overall a very respectful and quiet neighborhood, however. Victor was a great host and always available with friendly support when needed (like asking for extra sheets etc.)

Perfect place to base ourselves for exploring the area -the lift opens right into the apartment, there are 2 balconies which are lovely. The apartment had everything we needed, and was close to shops/restaurants/bars.
