It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Perfect position next to the main square in Pescara, close to the beach. The house is spacious, clean, perfectly renewed and check in was very smooth. The host was responsive even at late hours.

Sebastiano's place was beautiful. Lots of space, incredibly clean, BEAUTIFUL antique floors, and state-of-the-art amenities. Side notes include comfortable beds, televisions in every room, and high-speed fiber internet with wi-fi. We were able to let ourselves in, which gave us a flexible arrival time that we needed. The neighborhood was perfect; family-friendly, walkable, and lots of great places to eat.

The house is really adorable as Mrs. Gabriella is always very kind and helpful. It offers all the comforts, even the en-suite bathroom is really comfortable. The location is great since it's downtown so walk anywhere you can find lots of restaurants. Having needs other than tourist needs, the Lady was also very helpful at checkout, which is not to be underestimated and which I really appreciated. Listen to your needs and try to resolve anything you ask. We had a great time to rebook. Thank you again for everything.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and more! Reserved parking in front of the entrance. A nice view from the living room terraces and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where you can find the supermarket, bars, restaurants, etc. The historic center is beautiful by day, evocative at night. You can get to the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena, etc.) but also in the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady immediately responds to messages

Very nice apartment! When we stayed there everything seemed brand new, which was very nice. The house is very clean and organized and Matteo responds quickly to all messages. Very nice and comfortable home, with a great view from the balcony!

A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve in a house that looked like it came out of a fairytale, immersed in the snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real wedding favor, taken care of in every detail, cozy and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we took two spectacular trekking days, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. A special applause goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more pleasant. We will definitely be back and recommend this house to anyone who wants to live a unique experience between nature, history and relaxation.

Marco has a very nice, clean and comfortable space. His outdoor back porch was our favorite place! His town is very quiet and peaceful and we had so much fun playing in the Tocco pickleball tournament. Marco is very responsive and really ensures you are pleased with your stay. We would stay here again!

The apartment is a stone's throw from the center in a very quiet area of downtown and nearby you can park your car even for free. Silvana was friendly and always available. Antonio and Simona are great hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and with spacious and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows from different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. Beautiful terrace that revolves around the property and guarantees a cool house even without the use of the air conditioner, however present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the beachfront parking spot and the beach gear that hosts provide are a very welcome additional plus. A mention of honor goes to the availability, kindness, hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as longtime friends, not guests. We'll always take them to the heart. We really recommend their home. We'll definitely be back

Another amazing stay in Claudia’s place. Clean and tidy, super close to the beach! Claudia was really helpful with some restaurant recommendations as well which were absolutely lovely, and getting to meet her in person was an added bonus!

Awesome place to recover your mental health. The view is unbelievable! We stayed here for about a month and it was sad to leave. My wife and I spent happy time here. We will definitely come back. Francesco is a great owner, probably one of the best we’ve met so far.
