Holiday rentals with beach access in Atlantic Beach

Susan was a wonderful host! It was so nice to get there and find some cold water in the refrigerator and snacks in the basket. It was just a short walk to the beach and Starbucks. She also had coffee pods in the apartment. There were plenty of linens and she has it cutely decorated. She even had bowls set out for our dog!

What I liked about the apartment was the details and decoration. Everything with pleasure! Bonito and not full of trinkets like the vast majority of renting apartments.

stayed here on relatively short notice for 2 nights, not one complaint. absolutely loved the vibe of the place, 5 minute walk to the beach, chairs provided, 2 minute drive to all the restaurants you need, will stay again for sure

I was in town for a weeklong medical program. The location is easily accessible to MAYO CLINIC and the privacy offer their make the evenings, restful and restorative.

perfect location about a block and a half from the beach. you can see the ocean from the porch. host is friendly and responsive and went the extra mile. will definitely stay here again, had a great time with the family!

Glenn's place was perfect for my visit to Mayo. Such a great apartment and Glenn was super helpful with all my needs.

This was our 2nd time staying here and had such a wonderful time. We love being right on the beach. The morning sunrise just over the dune on the beach is amazing!! Enjoyed being greeted by our favorite cat outside on the terrace! Great place, great location, great hosts - love it!

Karolyn was super accommodating and responsive! The space was clean, in a great location, and had everything you could need for a little beach getaway! Will be visiting again!

Exceptional in every way! We stayed at Mirna’s place for 10 days while my wife was having major surgery at Mayo Clinic, and for several days afterward during her recovery. The location was super convenient and easy to get back & forth to Mayo, and was equipped with every thing we needed. Extra towels and bed linens were provided, and there’s a washer/dryer so we could keep up with our laundry while some family members visited to help with patient care. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with cooking utensils; important since we prepared almost all our meals, and we especially liked the 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms; plenty of space and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. It may not be beachfront, but it was just what we needed, a quiet neighborhood and fast, easy access to the Mayo Clinic. We will stay here again if it’s available when we come back for our next Mayo visit. Highly recommended; Mirna is definitely a super host, with great communication and quick responses. 👍👍

We had the best time in Christian’s home this weekend! It was very spacious, easy to find and simple instructions for getting in and out. It was super close to the beach and easy drive to shop and get food in the beach area and downtown. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone, especially those who have never been to Jacksonville!! Christian and his team were very responsive and helpful, and when we come back to the area we would be looking to book with him again!

The house was perfect for us. Close to beach and great places to eat. Best sleep we had our whole vacation. Super relaxing. Beautiful house. Could stay forever.

We really enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving and we had some excellent warm weather. The beach and restaurants were very close by for walking. The dogs liked the fenced back yard. The house looks small from the street but the inside space is much larger than you would think!

Misti was a wonderful host. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were on a family girl's trip and while cooking found out the hand mixer wasn't working and Misti had one delivered the next day! The view of the beach is amazing at this place and we found some very nice shells. The hot tub was very nice too!

Location is absolutely beautiful! The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need for the perfect getaway! Megan is a wonderful hostess, always quick to respond and friendly! Our basset loved walking on the beach and sitting on the balcony watching the waves, as did we! We will definitely stay again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Erica and Mark’s. They are very attentive hosts, and our accommodations were comfortable and homey. The townhouse is perfectly located in a clean, safe and quiet neighborhood with beach access just a couple of blocks away, which is awesome! We loved it and would definitely stay there again!!

Amazing Place

The short walk to the ocean was amazing. The condo is cute and comfortable and provided exactly what we needed while we were there. The condo and the walk to the beach felt safe. The balcony provides the most amazing ocean breeze and we sat outside much of the time we were there.

The place was exactly as advertised. When we arrived, it was not only clean but smelled clean too. The bed was so comfortable and pillows so fluffy we easily fell asleep every night. The view of the ocean was spectacular and sipping coffee on the veranda while the waves crashed on the beach was like heaven. The place is fully furnished including beach chairs and Claire and William were very responsive when we had questions. It was our first vacation in 5 years and they made it magical. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Christine’s place is perfect for a quick getaway! We were in town for a wedding and found it to be very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was very clean and the bathroom + vanity area were spacious and convenient for getting ready. Very pleased with the grounds of the condo, walk ability and how clean the unit was. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

GREAT location! Directly on the beach with unobstructive views. Very easy to find, park, and enter (this can be difficult at many jax beach condos). I'm loving the lounge chair in the sunroom overlooking the water. That's where I spent most of my time. Inside, everything I needed worked (tv, wifi, central heat, microwave, washer, dryer, shower). The hosts were so easy to work with. Very helpful and respond quickly. Next time I need an evening to myself, I will 100% look to this property first.

Great location, right across from beach access, beautiful surroundings, miles of walking/ bike trails. The condo itself is a tiny bit dated but it was very clean. I would definitely stay again though. I had a couple of last minute issues on my part and Amelia Destinations were extremely helpful, and replied back almost immediately, even after hours. I couldn’t be happier with our stay. Thank you for making it a great last minute trip before school starts back!

Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.
