We felt very safe even when we were walking back from the MARTA station late at night. Great place to stay if you're going for an event in downtown Atlanta. The neighborhood is beautiful as is this home.

Great place to stay, hosts were wonderful, super kind and responsive to help me! Short nice stay right off the highway, very convenient and hot tub was great!

We absolutely LOVED staying at Phyllis’ rental! We brought our 3 dogs with us and they felt right at home during our stay. The suite had everything we needed, was very clean, and pretty soundproof (could barely hear anything within the main house). The surrounding neighborhood was also very pleasant to walk through and felt safe. Phyllis herself was also a delight to speak with and very accommodating. She’s also very quick to respond and so sweet. 10/10 we would definitely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more!

Dawn's suite was absolutely delightful—comfortable, cozy, and inviting... great snacks, too! The convenient access to the private area made unloading our belongings from the vehicle effortless. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already planned to return on our way back home from Florida.

Beth was amazing host, one of the best I know. We were super-late and didn't have place to stay and Beth helped us with our circumstances. The place itself was cozy and family-oriented. It had kettle, coffee-maker and plenty of tea.

Heather’s house was a wonderful place to stay. Great location and in close proximity to walkable areas. The kitchenette was well stocked with paper plates and plastic silverware as well as coffee and tea. The house was very clean but there was a slight dog smell that may bother certain people. When we arrived, the window was open and an air purifier was running. Someone must have brought their dog along prior to our stay, which the listing does include a pet policy. The home is not allowing guests to park in the driveway at this time, the available parking is street parking on the next street over (very close to the home, just one house over.) Overall this was a great value, being close to the city but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we come back to Atlanta!

What a beautiful oasis this home was. It has everything you need and more. Theresa is a wonderful soul in her own right, and she is extremely responsive and available to help with anything that comes up. I love this place.

This is a guest house adjoining the host’s home. My family of 4 had a wonderful time relaxing in the beautiful surroundings, playing pool, and watching movies. It’s about a 40 min drive from downtown Atlanta. I found out afterward that we could have used the host’s laundry facility - would’ve packed differently for our trip. Otherwise, the home exactly as cozy as listed.

Juanito is such a kind soul and has put so much love into his beautiful and clean home. Made me feel right at home after introducing himself and showing me around. It’s a very cozy space with everything you could possibly need — I especially loved the porch, watching the birds in the morning light was something else. If you’re ever in Atlanta do yourself a favor and stay at his lovely, art-filled home :) and if you’re up for some conversation about art and life, Juanito is your guy. Thanks so much, again!

Great place! This is my second stay. Central location. Marta station around the corner. Walkable restaurants and commercial district. The backyard is serene. Hosts live upstairs for those sensitive to noise.

I had a great stay at Vanessa and Ross’s place. They are very friendly and their home is exactly as described. The atmosphere was comfortable and spacious and private. And the bunnies outside are very cute :)

Everything was as described in the profile and Michael and Matthew were great about keeping in touch. The proximity to Piedmont Park and the Beltline are a great feature of this place. We did a lot of our exploring on foot--to Ponce City Market, Botanical Gardens, the Carter Center--all within walkable distance. And a couple of the very nearby restaurants--Umma's Kitchen and Apres Diem--were excellent. We had a wonderful visit to Atlanta!

Matthew’s airbnb is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The outdoor fire pit, hot tub, and message chairs are a combination of amenities that are hard to find. You won’t regret booking this one. It’s a great place to relax.

Great place to stay just outside the city center. Close to the airport, stadiums, and aquarium. Amazing and thoughtful host, she provided a water dispenser, shampoo, and even scissors to use. I would highly recommend staying here!

I had a wonderful stay in the garden studio! Andre is a fantastic host and very helpful. The space was perfect and very comfortable. As it is situated near the creek, it was amazing to feel immersed in nature, yet so close to everything. I will absolutely stay at the garden studio again :)

I had an incredible stay - everything was exactly as described. The space is spotless and that bedroom is huge! The kitchenette is very well stocked, as is the bathroom. Having a washer/dryer was a big plus! The decor is super cute, and I loved that they put up a fully decorated little Christmas tree!!! Location is great… just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Appreciated the bowl of snacks left on the kitchen counter! In all, definitely a place I’d love to stay at again!

First off, you will not find a friendlier, more responsive, and dedicated host than Richard. He is absolutely kind and personable and makes you feel right at home, though he also gives you complete privacy. A hard line to walk, and he does it effortlessly. The space is itself is incredible. As others have said, it is immaculately decorated and Richard has provided everything you might need to have a wonderful stay. The bed is incredibly cozy, and I welcomed the reclining lounge chair to relax in. Additionally, you really will not find a better location to stay in Atlanta. Not only did I feel perfectly safe and comfortable, but the area itself is one of the few remaining InTown neighborhoods not completely inundated with traffic and people. I can’t recommend this place strongly enough!

The guest suite is behind the house, tucked away in a lovely, woodsy neighborhood. Very clean and well stocked. Hosts very responsive.

I enjoyed my stay. I slept very comfortably in the bed provided, and I felt very good washing up and getting cleaned up in the very well cleaned bathroom. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in the Atlanta area!

Absolutely loved my short stay at Carter’s listing. The location was perfect, close enough to all the sites while also being a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed, and perfect for a solo traveler. Carter was helpful, responsive, and extremely accommodating. I’d definitely stay here again!
