Holiday rentals with breakfast in Athens

My stay was for work, so the home had plenty of space for my needs. Good space for groups up to 6, Queen in Master, another Queen bedroom and the 3rd has two twin. All bedrooms with lots of space. Two living areas to relax in. A nice kitchen to COOK IN, should you chose. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep an narrow for bringing large suitcases. But overall a very nice stay for nearly a month.

Kerri's 3 houses we rented for my daughters wedding and they were all spotless and beautiful. So much character inside and out that everyone had their space to relax and also hang out together. Beds was very comfortable and bathrooms were all updated and new. We loved being so close to the venue and Kerri was so accommodating to all of us staying there. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Anne was an amazing host & I would definitely like to stay again! The place was clean, quiet, and private with a gorgeous view. I loved using the hot tub, bathtub & rain shower, it truly felt like my own personal spa. Breakfast in the morning was delicious & she had recommendations for lunch/dinner that were super helpful. I also unexpectedly ran into some car issues & she was kind enough to go above & beyond to help me, it was deeply appreciated.

Lola's place was clean, quiet, comfy and well situated for our needs. The house is well equipped, including butter, milk and eggs in the refrigerator (nice touch). Lola is very responsive, answering any question we had in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I can only add to the rave reviews, especially those that point out that this is what Airbnb is meant to be - not a hotel like experience in a condo, but a somewhat quirky space full of personality and life. Location is great. Parking space a plus. Great for those traveling w pooches. And host Kira is the best. Detailed instructions and local recommendations, excellent value for this much space and generous offer to treat her home as your own.

My friends and I loved Jenny’s home. Every corner there was something else to look at. It was spotless and we felt right at home. What a beautiful weekend in Kinderhook, felt like an escape. Cute town too!

We loved our stay! It was so easy to communicate with Dena. She made sure we knew she was easily reachable and checked in to see if we needed anything or had any questions. This alleviated a lot of the stress that can often accompany renting. The house itself was very accommodating. We especially liked the way the rooms were situated. My husband and I stayed on the main floor, our son and his friend downstairs in the bunk room by the game room and my daughter and her friend had the upstairs two rooms. Each area had a bathroom accompanying it which worked out really well for our group. Arriving to a refrigerator stocked with local foods to sample was truly an extra special touch that sets Dena’s place apart from some of the other places we have stayed at and Everyone loved having a Nespresso Cappucino before hitting the slopes. The guys tried really hard to beat the Galaga top score but to no avail. Maybe they will get it next time! We would definitely stay again. Thanks Dena!

This is our 3rd time staying at Diana’s place and it’s always our first choice anytime we come visit family in Delmar. The place is beautiful, just like the pictures, in a perfect location-walkable to everything downtown, and Diana is very friendly and responsive if you need anything. She also provides breakfast items and wine! We love her place!!

Was an amazing place, so clean and well maintained. Host was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend this place to others, and stay again if I am visiting the area.

I absolutely love this little cottage. This is our second time staying. It is very cozy, perfect for a couple for the weekend. The property is very quiet and peaceful with the brook running right past the back of the cottage. It is an easy walk into the center of town and the strip with various stores, restaurants, and bars. The cottage was clean, neat, and had all basic necessities. Panxi and Diana are great hosts, available for questions. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this booking.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Very cool place to stay, fire place in front of the bed and vicinity to ski mountains was the selling point for us. I am very tall but the bed had more than enough room for the two of us and they have anything you could possibly need there. If Belleayre sells out, hunter is only 30 minutes away!

Bryan’s place was perfect for a long weekend in Hudson. Nice, cozy, and big. The location is close to everything. The additional breakfast and coffee setup was a nice surprise. Would stay here again.

The perfect cozy accommodation for me and my friends. Ellen was an amazing host - she offered great recommendations and was extremely responsive and helpful. Her home is absolutely stunning as well!

Talal's studio was clean, well appointed and provided everything we needed for our two day stay. We needed a home base to visit our daughter at Bard College and the apartment worked well. It was close to Bard, Rhinebeck, Red Hook and Kingston. We also had a nice winter hike in Ferncliff Forest. We really appreciated coffee, milk, seltzer and chocolates that Talal provided. Highly recommend!

We had a very good and comfortable stay. Maragaret was extremely responsive and helpful for all our needs. The home is situated at a extremely quite and pristine location. One can actually enjoy the fall season outside the home itself. The location is also very close to most attractions and hikes in that area. We would definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting Catskill.

lovely stay with Susan . Her spot affords beautiful views of sunrise and sunset. Friendly group of people at the house and she made me a delicious breakfast on my way out. The room was all very comfortable.

My husband and I loved our stay at Arts Inn! Heidi and Randy truly go out of their way to make your stay great. Check in was a breeze and the hosts are very responsive. The room was cozy and had everything we needed. The star of the show is the breakfast that is crafted with care. We felt so well taken care of while staying here. If you’re skiing at Belleayre, this is the perfect place to stay. Make sure to pop over to The Print House and Doolittle’s, which are both walkable! We can’t wait to return.

Absolutely enjoyed staying at this magnificent house with tasteful interior, perfect for those looking to take a breather from the city. All amenities were top-notch and Troy was a gem of a host! Breakfast was definitely a highlight, and we certainly loved hearing Troy's story, visiting his recommended places around the bnb, and meeting lovely Louisa and Grete. We'll definitely be back one day!

Susan is a wonderful host and a very lovely person! We had a very nice time staying at Susan's place! Ellen & Edwin were the perfect hosts! Edwin was extremely welcoming and went out of his way to get me to a dinner place close by (that I would have never found in the dark on my own). Ellen was super friendly and a great source of helpful information to the attractions the area has to offer. She also made excellent and varied breakfasts. The property itself is beautifully curated. Ellen & Edwin were gracious to offer me the best room (the exquisite romantic room). Loved it and all the communal areas, that are totally inviting. The property is minutes walk from serene waterfalls and a small pond. I highly recommend staying there ❤️❤️❤️

This Airbnb was all my favorite things: clean, quiet and convenient. I'm in Catskill for various events throughout the year at Avalon Lounge and beyond. This Airbnb was only 15 mins away from many Catskill venues, restaurants and main roads.The host Tina was gracious and knowledgeable and I HIGHLY recommend her Airbnb to anyone coming to Catskill for a night, weekend, or longer.

Doris and John are such wonderful hosts, really enjoyed my stay. Bed is very comfortable and breakfast was amazing!
