We had a wonderful stay at Boris’s apartment with my wife and daughter and felt right at home. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the view was lovely. I worked remotely during the week, and there were plenty of great spots nearby for remote work as well. Boris was incredibly helpful, even arranging a quick cleaning so we could check in a day earlier than planned. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The view was fabulous, and the experience of being on the 49th floor was amazing. The room in general was clean. Also, Mr. Can is a good host. He was helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Especially Mr. Fuat was very caring and relevant. You can reach it regardless of the time. It couldn't have been better at needs and requests. The stay was impeccable. Everything or even more was available in the apartment. I gladly added it to the list of places to be my first choice if I run out. I would like to thank him for everything

We had a wonderful stay at this very comfortable, quiet, and spacious apartment located in a vibrant district. Our family spent a lovely week here, and Mustafa was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The apartment offers a fantastic view from the window and is equipped with everything you might need. It’s also exceptionally warm and cozy, even during colder weather. The location is excellent, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Additionally, the sea embankment, perfect for jogging and bike rides, is just a short walk away. Overall, it’s the perfect place to stay in the Asian part of Istanbul. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Aaron's place for three nights at the end of our trip. It was a great location to explore both the old and new city. the three of us had more than enough space to hang out and work before starting to explore each day. We spent time at Galataport and the Istanbul Modern (very close with some wonderful exhibits), the Hamam at the bottom of the hill, lots of the old city and took a ride out to the prince's islands. fantastic stay.

My family and I are very happy to be able to live in this apartment, it is very comfortable, the view is very beautiful, close to the mosque and the call to prayer is always heard, the morning and evening views are amazing. Esra was a very responsive host. The apartment was cute, comfortable, quiet, and clean with great air conditioning that circulated throughout the entire place, which is great since I stayed in the middle of summer. The apartment looked just like the pictures and even had a nice little gym in the building. I would certainly consider staying here again if I visit this neighborhood in the future.

Next time I ll stay here again. The building has security at the entrance. Even though we just stayed one night it was good there was a washing machine.. This is valuable stay for a family situated on the asian side. Two good bedrooms and a living room where you also dine. As we stayed in June we were pleased the cooling system was working well . The area consist of newly built housing complex - "Resident". The flat is on the 17th floor so you will have an open view. Parking in the Street and there is own parking area. You are not downtown, but you can easily reach Bagdat Caddesi, Kadiköy and Uskudar within 5-10 min by taxi. Easy access to the highway junction and the Eurasia tunnel . The Fikirtepe metrobus station is 2-3min away. The great shopping mall Akasya is nearby. If you happens to stay on a Tuesday you can visit the famous "Sali Pazari" like grand bazaar - the big market - which is just on the other side of the main road. Mr. Volkan was helpful thanks.

Amazing apartment. Exactly as described and within 10 minutes walk to Taksim square. Hosts were very caring, helpful and available at any point to help. Including offering to help get to/from airport. Will be staying again

The place was very nice - clean and easy to find with plenty of space and all the amenities, which was great. It is a nice, quiet location. The host was also helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed. There is a nice coffee shop and a few fast food places, as well as a grocery store nearby, which is nice, but nicer restaurants are a bit further away and will require some travel. Fortunately, you are close to public transit at this location, which helps.
