Family-friendly holiday rentals in Atarazana

I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade now, and I can confidently say that Selene is the best host I’ve ever had. Proactive, responsive anytime of the day and friendly. The place was well maintained and kept, felt like a home away from home. Definitely, staying here again when I comeback to Guayaquil!

We had a party of 6 and fit very comfortably and highly enjoyed the Airbnb. Ornella was great with communication ! We would definitely stay here again when visiting Samborondón.

Carlos place was in a excellent location, clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

This place is so beautiful, colonial meets villa style. High ceilings, big dining table that fits a family of 12, the master bedroom boasts high ceilings and master bathroom with beautiful tile. The patio was my favorite part, beautiful, tropical plants, the iguanas! Yes! iguanas that come by to say hello but are harmless and the pool, I spent all day at the pool. My family really enjoyed the house. Thank you Amada and Sonia! Great Job!

What a beautiful apartment ! Only 5 minutes from the largest mall here in Guayaquil , delicious meals around the sector very safe the condominium 24-7 security , 100% recommended to who wants to be safe and comfortable like at home.
