It was very helpful that they handled it politely!It was close to the station and the room was clean and as pictured! However, I heard the sound and voices of the people in the next room, so you may want to be careful if you are concerned.

The rooms are clean and equipments are very new Each room has a bathroom It's comfortable to live in It feels like home

She gave us fantastic suggestions for local spots and different routes to explore, which really helped us make the most of our trip. Her warmth and genuine care made our stay even more special. This place is a 13 min walk to Odawara Train Station. Very convenient to get to Hakone, for example by bus. It is a kind of hostel with private rooms, where the bathroom, the unique toilet, the kitchen and the living room are shared. The check-in process is automatic. Attention, you can't drop off your luggage before 1pm, it forced us to pay a locker at the station to enjoy our day. The space is as described and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and common areas. Yoshi made himself available to answer our questions quickly. Thank you very much! 😊

Quiet accommodation with a view of Mount Fuji. Very clean and well-equipped in a very quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot for a few days in kawaguchiko!

Stunning views of Mt Fuji from your bedroom. Naoki was responsive and welcoming. We arrived a little later than expected and he waited for us to greet us into the property. Very helpful local guide to restaurants, view spots of Mt Fuji and more. Spacious rooms. Definitely will be visiting again and staying here!

My friends and I have been in Japan for just over 2 weeks, and out of all the places we stayed at, this spot was by far the most heartwarming and welcoming stay we have had. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an elderly couple by the names of Masataka and Keiko. They immediately welcomed us and sat us down to make us some traditional Japanese green tea. Keiko is an avid painter, and showed us how to paint Japanese cherry blossoms on a cloth patch, which we thought was so kind. They then let us settle in, and proceeded to walk us into the heart of the village to show us prime photo spots of Mt. Fuji, and even walked us to an outstanding sushi restaurant to eat. Their hospitality exceeded anything I have ever experienced in my life, and it was very uplifting as we were coming towards the end of the trip. They taught us about some of the history of the town having grown up there their entire lives, and it was sincerely a heartening experience. The rooms were clean and perfect! 10/10!!

Chiyo is amazing. Also the apartment is lovely. We really recommend it for everyone who is visiting mt Fuji and the lakes for a few days !

The host contacted us right away, so we had a very smooth communication.The inn accommodated a large group and was very comfortable to use.

Hirabe's place is walkable from the nearest bus station (around 5 minutes). It's around 15 minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The place is clean and neat.

Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. The sun in the morning and waking up with the birds was wonderful. Stars and moon at night were exquisite. Definitely recommend and will stay again the next time I want to surf Shimoda. 🙏🏽

Great for our needs. Close to outlets, and plenty of room. It was sadly bad weather while we visited, so no Fuji view. Enjoyed the traditional style. Heater was great - comments about cold likely from those who didn't use the sliding doors to help trap the heat. Overall a good stay!

The hotel is a nice one. Very easy to find, just 1 minute from the station. But it’s on the second floor and there’re only stairs, so we need to carry the suitcase. It was a good place for one-night stay. Recommend! The only thing is the room was a bit cold where we were there since the area was snowy.

Stayed here years ago before Covid and was so happy to see it back on Airbnb! Very good location! Right in the Odakyu Line which goes to Shinjuku, Odawara, Machida. I like being in the outskirts of Tokyo, yet still easily accessible. Spacious kitchen, comes with washing machine! Perfect place!

Our group of seven people came to Atami to see the fireworks conference, and chose to stay here for one night, the four rooms are very spacious, it is a little far from Atami Station, and there are no suitcases to walk to.The end of the spark congress is also a walk back to the place to stay, highly recommended!Opposite downhill there is a restaurant with a view of the ocean and is not expensive to eat.
