Holiday rentals with a pool in Astúrias Beach

Extremely clean house, my family and I felt totally at home, the hostess super understanding and thoughtful, wonderful pool has everything to accommodate from bedding, pillows and all kitchen utensils, air-conditioned room and two clean bathrooms. I and my family will definitely return, it was the best Christmas. And by car from 6 minutes to beach

Beautiful house in the nicest neighborhood in Guaruja. Very spacious layout with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The neighborhood is very secure as well. The host was responsive and they have a repair team for the property for any issues. Check in was very easy as well. The house is stunning but there are a few minor things which didn't work for us like the jacuzzi. Nonetheless, the house was a great value!

It was an amazing experience, it exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious with great environments for leisure. The fact that the 3 bedrooms are all bathroom and have air conditioning is perfect, we were in 3 couples and this allowed for a very nice privacy for everyone. The barbecue and pool area is a delight, that open background for nature is very beautiful, we have breakfast there and the feeling of peace to the sound of the birds was a thousand note. The house was very clean and the kitchen is VERY well-equipped, it has everything. The location is secure and easy access to several beaches. Marco was very attentive from the beginning, solved all the doubts and provided support during the stay always very quickly. With ctz we will be back!

Wonderful stay, cozy house, working equipment, very well equipped. And to close with a golden key, Mrs. Luz is a very enlightened, polite and helpful host. And I can't forget the host Thor a docile dog that kept us company in a few moments. I highly recommend

Very good house, fully equipped kitchen, rooms with air conditioning, outdoor pool area and excellent barbecue grill. Omar always took my doubts before arriving at the house and arriving in Vanusa was very attentive and helpful always making herself available. I highly recommend it!

The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay. Because it is a very large and relatively old property, some maintenance is necessary, but nothing that would hinder our stay with comfort and tranquility.

I would like to congratulate Mrs. Paula and the host Alexandre for all the service and disposition. My family and I felt at home. The apartment corresponds with all the information, in fact very well decorated and with perfect accommodations. The condominium is all good, with a wonderful pool and pleasant common spaces. We loved the AP, we went in 4 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. Comfort was good. It has all the domestic utensils we need. Ja know the condominium and we love, the beaches that was indicated by Rodrigo São marvelas. I even recommend it to include the beach of the married sea is amazing of beautiful! Super recommend Rodrigo's AP. Boa communication, he responds fast and is super nice!

I stayed on airbnb in Guarujá for the first time this year, I was afraid, but I had a VERY positive experience. Perfect, clean, cozy apartment, made me feel at home. Daniel always very helpful, he guided me very well in relation to check in, condo rules. Responds very quickly. It is definitely something that I will refer to other people and I will return as well.

All according to the photos, beautiful apartment, clean, smelling, utensils of great quality, only did not take 10 in my opinion because only one room has a safety net in the window, my autistic son had to always have a window and the windows of the balcony closed, perhaps with the net spoil the beautiful view of the balcony, more in terms of the safety of our children is extremely important. Just this addendum, everything else is ok.

Apartment and swimming pool are awesome ! Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Communication was very agile and easy .
