This cottage is very impressive. We stayed in the middle of winter with temperatures around zero yet the heating system was superb and we were always warm. As noted by other guests the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. There is a huge family dining table which we enjoyed a lot. We used the cottage as a base for touring but also enjoyed a lovely walk along the seafront. There is a very good broadband connection as well. If you have an EV then there are 22Kw chargers in De Haan and also state of the art Fastned rapid chargers about 8Km away at Junction 5a on the A10 near Ostend. The Fastned charger accepts bank cards and you do not need an APP.

We had an amazing stay at Julie's house and felt completely at home. The house is absolutely gorgeous and is in a wonderful location! It's literally a 5min walk to the bus stop which takes you straight into Brugge within 15minutes. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen is so stunning. It was perfect, would definitely recommend!

What an amazing place to stay, everything was available and even beyond… we loved it and whatever we needed we could ask the host, and they would arrange it. Defebitely coming back

Beautiful location with a beautiful view over the meadows. Ghent and Bruges around the corner. Perfect base to enjoy. Daniel and Nathalie also respond quickly to messages. Absolutely recommended.

we had a great stay. with 4 adults and 6 teenagers there was enough space to play games with each other (are also present there!), eating, swimming and cycling. Nice spacious rooms with plenty of bathrooms.

Our stay at Sylvia's house was the best AirBnB experience ever, the house, charming, the bathtub with the bubblebath, the kitchen, practical, and since we have two huskies, the wellknown Houdinis in the world of dogs, we can recommend the garden, well-fenced, our furry friends did not escape and that really means something. We loved the bakery nearby, tasty breakfast cookies and we followed the advice of our hosts to try Tastu, a restaurant and catering not too far away from the house. We could combine business and pleasure and will surely book again for a next visit to our homecountry Belgium.

The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had everything we needed. The mattresses and linens were of good quality.

The accommodation was great for us as a group (6 adults plus 1 toddler). On the ground floor is a large room with living room and kitchen. A dining table where we have all found good space is also available, as well as a large storage room. Upstairs are the bedrooms which are also good. Each bedroom has its own sink. However, the upper floor is relatively clairaudient. The amenities are sometimes very new, sometimes well outdated, but everything is clean and well maintained. Basic equipment, for example, with vinegar/salt is not provided. Especially striking was Wendy's friendly and proactive communication. So all in all highly recommend!

We had a great time at Kathleen’s place! The house has a great location, right in the middle of the little town and only a few mins walk to the beach promenade. The house was the ideal setup for our family reunion with enough space for each family with separate on suit bathrooms. We also loved the large leaving room and kitchen & dining areas where we spent a lot of time! Highly recommended.

Carine’s house at Beermen was very modern, clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen facilities and comfortably accommodated our party of 10 people. The alpacas were delightful and great amusement for the children and the was sauna excellent. It was really good to have 4 bedrooms Carine and her husband Chris were always available if we needed anything and were excellent hosts who made us feel very welcome. Overall a great experience.

Els was a lovely host, very helpful and responded to our messages very promptly. Her property was clean, spacious, homely and just what we needed. There was plenty of transport options to the city centre and several shops near by. We thought this property was great value. Added bonus was the use of codes and no key. We travelled with our elderly Mums, so only niggle was the toilets are on the ground floor or the top floor. So if you are sleeping on the middle floor, you have to go up or down in the middle of the night. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to be close enough to the city centre, whilst having a quiet neighbourhood to sleep in. Thank you for being a great host Els

We had a comfortable stay at Christian's house. A big plus for us was the use of the bikes. Everything was clean and we didn't miss anything. Our only niggles were the pillows which could have been firmer to our liking; I was lucky as I took my own and the others sorted it with double pillows and the use of a towel. The dishwasher blew the fuse, even when used without any lights or heating on. I'm sure Christian will look into that. It wasn't an issue for us as we don't mind doing dishes by hand and the fuse was only a matter of flicking the switch. All in all a nice stay in a house close to grocery shops, beach and Vlissingen. Excellent stay. Very quiet and safe area. Close to 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Easy parking The host shares all the useful information and responds very quickly to questions. Thank you for the good restaurant address. The whole rental is very clean and really functional. (2 fridges and a freezer, 2 showers, 2 toilets, etc.) Attention, take into account that there are many steps, because rooms spread over 3 floors from a first floor. The bedrooms are optimized to offer many beds (10 seats spread over 3 bedrooms), so little storage space for clothes.

We booked this place with some friends over New Year's Eve and were more than delighted with the warm and very nicely coordinated decor of the house as well as the many little touches that make this house so wonderful! 😊 The seaside location is perfect for trips to the beach and beautiful walks in the surrounding area. Day trips to e.g. Bruges were also very easy for us. With more than enough space, a beautiful garden and a stylishly coordinated interior, the accommodation leaves nothing to be desired. 🙂 The communication with Nancy was exceptionally good and we felt very well taken care of at all times. Thanks for that! 😊 We had a very nice time and would visit Nancy again at any time! 😊

We felt comfortable in the house! If we had questions, we got help immediately! Unfortunately, there is no direct way out of the complex to the sea and you always have to walk around a little outside and along the street! but in 15 minutes you were at the sea... At the tram it was about 20 minutes. The place is well equipped! The beds were very comfortable!

Great and cozy accommodation with an incredibly beautiful and large outdoor area. Very quiet and relaxed location, but still very close to the great beaches in the region. We would come back at any time.

Frederik place is really great for family or friends stay and exceptionally well maintened love to visit another time ☺️

We used the place as a base for hiking and city visits. Our two boxer dogs loved the garden and so did we 😉 House has everything you need to relax. The street is a bit narrow and commuters seem to be in a hurry all the time, in the garden you won’t notice it.

The photos of this property definitely do not do it justice, the downstairs living space is larger than expected and modernised well. Upstairs is outdated and the squeaky floorboards in the bedroom were particularly unhelpful with sleeping young children. Xavier was a great host, he requested we met him at 1700 and gave us a tour of the property. We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the City Centre although for some this may be too far. A beautiful city and highly recommended property to stay in.
