Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Aspen

Instructions to reach the location were spot on. The lockbox allowed for flexibility when coming and going. The views were exactly as shown in the pictures. It was nice to not be expected to scrub the place clean at check out like some hosts require. There wasn't a single issue during our stay but if there had been, I know that Zoey would have been responsive.

The host was a pleasure to work with. We loved the property and it was conveniently located near many desirable attractions in the city. The property was well maintained and well furnished. The property was easily accessible and located in an area with amazing Mountain Views. The property was well stocked with supplies and dishes, which made it feel like home. This was a great spot for a weekend ski trip for a group of friends! Donald was very responsive! We liked that you were able to ski right to the place, as a snowboarder it was a little more difficult because the trail can get flat in areas, but we made it! Having access to the shuttles around town was also a great perk! The large bathtub in the primary bedroom was really relaxing after a full day of skiing! Would stay here again!

The hosts were very responsive, the place was better than even the photos. Comfortable living spaces. Beds were great and the quiet neighborhood was just what we were looking for. We had an event at Donavon Park and it was the perfect location for that.

We loved our stay here and will look to rent again in the future. We had a few plumbing issues at checking and our host was very responsive and got it fixed quickly! We were very close to the pool/hot tub and also a shot wall to the ski lift. Most importantly these were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on away from home and everyone in our group agreed! Check-in was very easy, it would be nice to include the pool code in the checkin instructions. Thank you for the stay we had a great time!

Gorgeous, gorgeous views! Wow. Loved sitting outside with coffee and watching the sun rise + the hummingbirds! Tiny town is adorable (don’t skip the BBQ restaurant), lake was super pretty, and the drive in is beautiful too.

This house was wonderful. The setting is absolutely perfect, peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings but doesn’t feel isolated. Great views from all sides. We have lived and traveled extensively in the mountains, and loved this house. Jake was there to explain everything. He also is a master pizza maker and his pizzas are highly recommended, as is this house.

Like a dream come true. Perfect stay and wonderful place. People very helpful and friendly. I am definitely coming back!

Amazing place to stay with family! Plenty of room to spread out and great gathering space for everyone to be together. A true chefs kitchen. Avon rec center is right across the street and the free Westin gondola is less than a 5 min walk. You can enjoy the slopes or a beautiful stroll along the river walk. We loved our time here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Christy's cute little condo in Avon. It is small, but perfectly set up so that you never feel like it's cramped, just cute. It's adorably decorated, but not cluttered, and super clean. The bathroom was fabulous; plenty of space in the small kitchen, and room and supplies to cook, if you were so interested. It is minutes from the gondola and bus for Beaver Creek, and steps from coffee shops, walks along the Eagle River and groceries. Christy was so friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. We can't wait to go back!!

Quaint spot with great access to the bus line for skiing! It was great to be able to bring our dogs as well. Robert was very accommodating.

This place was perfect! The location was amazing and convenient to everything. Elizabeth was an amazing host who responded very quickly and was very helpful before the arrival. We plan to visit again soon and will definitely return!

This condo is the perfect location. Literally a five minute walk to the Lionshead Gondola. We were able to store our skis in the ski locker on the premises and then walk over to the ski hill. The condo is a good size and has everything you need to cook meals and be comfortable. It also has a nice view of Vail ski runs. The hot tubs are well maintained and also very relaxing after a full day of skiing. Anna was very responsive when we asked for a couple of more supplies to be dropped off which I really appreciated. My group will be returning to this condo in the future. 100% recommend.

This condo has an amazing location. True ski in/ski out. Steps to the runs and w blocks from Village Mall and gondola to the Village. Christopher was super responsive and helpful. Massage chair is a game changer. Definitely would stay here again.

This was our 2nd time staying in Laura's condo. It is so lovely. The view is spectacular and we love having the space for the kids to have their own room and we (parents) to have our room. Laura has some board games, etc. and we played lots of cards in the evening. Plus, there are smart TVs and an Alexa for music. The unit is very close to the gondola (and the BornFree lift). Plus, there are a number of restaurants around and the free Vail bus is super close to take you down to Vail Village. Highly recommend this unit and renting with Laura. We will be back.

My wife was hesitant about this condo after we booked it because of lack of reviews. We contacted Vacasa and were told they had recently taken over managing the property. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. Only cons I would say is that there is carpet in the bathrooms and at the time of our stay the elevator to the building was broken which was not to the fault of this airbnb. The condo is older and decorated and stocked as such, but it is what we expected when booked. For the value and being so close within walking distance, as well as ski and ski out, we would absolutely stay here again if skiing at beaver creek. There were extra perks that we did not expect when booking. One the ground floor there is a ski locker with a key provided so you can drop everything off after skiing to dry out overnight. The condo is absolutely skin and ski out (this is dependent on one of the commuter runs and lift being open). The hot tub area is nice and we only ever saw one other group of people using it. The condo is a very short walk to downtown beaver creek for dinner and drinks.

AMAZING location, steps from the lifts and so convenient to have Christy's rentals in the building. This was a great value and so convenient for our family. We had a great visit and the master bed was very comfortable after a long day of skiing. We didn't realize the unit didn't have Smart TV's to stream (it was mentioned in the description, we just overlooked) but other than that it was a great place and we would love to return next year!

We loved our stay! Everything was perfectly clean and super comfortable! The kids loved the bunk room. Well appointed kitchen. Everything looked brand new! Great location close to the slopes and loved the option to ski in and ski out! A memorable ski week with our kids! We’d love to come again next year!

The condo was perfect for our family of six (2 adults and 4 kids). The host was extremely friendly and helpful. Instructions the provided prior to check in were helpful and detailed on how to access the condo, amenities, info on the local area etc, and everything was very easy to follow. The condo was clean and exactly as pictured, and well stocked with things like extra towels and linens, a little bit of tea and coffee and spices for cooking, dishwasher and laundry pods… it felt very comfortable like home away from home. It was very livable and easy!! We had an awesome week skiing and staying there, would definitely stay again.

This was an our first time to Beaver Creek and this condo was perfect and spacious for our family of 3 for a mini ski vacation. It’s an easy walk to the Beaver Creek village, and we were able to ski-out of the condo to the Elkhorn lift, and then ski-in after ending up by the Strawberry Park Express lift coming down. Highly recommended.
