Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ash

It was our second stay at Tim & Hayley’s and it won’t be our last! Tim & Hayley were the perfect host very friendly and informative and left us with a beautiful clean & tidy home that is well equipped.the beds are so comfortable and the bedding is beautiful too, the bathroom’s are big! & the 2 showers are powerful! It has 3 toilets and a lovely kitchen, a log burner and garden with a gas bbq. This is a love house with wonderful host and you WONT be disappointed! 5* home with 5* host. Highly recommended.

Elizabeth’s home was comfortable and welcoming. It was a perfect location for late November walks along the coast with lunch and Christmas lights to enjoy in Whitstable or Herne Bay then returning to a cosy house. We (6 adults) all enjoyed the good size open and light space downstairs looking out into the garden from the kitchen. The beach hut and garden facilities would be a great bonus in the summer. Thank you for a very happy family weekend!

I stayed at the quirky fisherman’s cottage last weekend and I was very impressed by how clean, tastefully decorated and excellently located it was for a weekend away. The moment we stepped in it felt like a home from home. We were positively surprised by the generous and delicious locally sourced welcome hamper. We had no trouble parking and found a space a few doors down. All the rooms are very spacious and the dining room is bigger than it appears online. The location is great, just tucked behind the high street we were walking distance from everything. Great restaurants, pubs and the beach just minutes from the cottage (I suggest samphire for a world class dinner.) I left my Bluetooth speaker and Tim the host, kindly sent it by recorded post to my address in London. I can’t tell you how special Whitstable is and the cottage made all the difference. If I was ever to come back I would stay at the quirky fisherman’s cottage again. Great host, amazing location and relaxing vi

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Jo was amazing and her house (especially kitchen and living room space) meant our family stay over the Christmas period perfect. She was so helpful and always responsive, making logistics super smooth - especially at such a busy time of year. The house is located about a 10min drive from Whitstable which lead to some lovely Boxing Day wandering.

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We loved staying in this gorgeous home in Margate. Loved the decor and all of the beautiful touches around the house - and especially loved the sauna and bath under the stars. A very lovely place to stay xx

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and a charming space with an added bonus of a play/activity space on the third floor which was a godsend for our young kids. We know the Wye area well with family in the village, and this house couldn't be more conveniently located to explore a beautiful town & area.

We loved everything about Chris's flat. It has been beautifully refurbished and is both stylish and comfortable. It has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very at home. It was perfect for us (a couple and a 12 year old). The absolute bonus is the direct access to the beach through the pretty communal garden. The flat is also very private. We could have easily stayed for longer and will definitely be back. We also enjoyed discovering Broadstairs (loads of lovely cafes and restaurants and beautiful buildings) and the fantastic coastal walks from the doorstep. I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful penthouse! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring Margate so easy. The apartment itself is modern, stylish, and filled with thoughtful touches that made my stay extra special. The facilities were fantastic and really easy to use. I especially appreciated the fridge and washing machine, which worked perfectly and made my stay super convenient. But the real highlight for me was the entertainment setup—the TV with Netflix was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The cozy bedding, soft bathrobes, and even the mood lighting made it feel like a luxury retreat. Lisa is a great host, and I’ll definitely be staying again soon. I’ll also be recommending this place to friends and family. The secure gated parking and well-equipped kitchen were added bonuses. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Very lovely place to stay! A cosy apartment with everything you need and great views of the beach. Ideal location just minutes from the high street with lovely cafes, restaurants and local pubs, and great place for nice walks. Nice host and responsive. Would definitely recommend :)

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

We had a wonderful stay at the flat which was comfortable, stylish and well equipped and in a great location. Delicious coffee is complimentary too! Lennie was very helpful throughout and available for anything we needed I think it would benefit from a small guide to how to use the heating and some of the lights etc. but that’s minor. Would highly recommend a stay!

Absolutely stunning place, better than expected by far. Photos didn’t do it justice and very clean with lots of home comforts. Maxine was great with recommendations for local restaurants and communication was brilliant. Especially when I had a moment when I thought we’d have to cancel. I got the time wrong for check out but the cleaner was understanding while we finished up our packing. Location was great, we went to the Ocean Beach and had a lovely meal and staff were really friendly.

Cosy modern and homely right on the coastal walking path. We booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. Nic is a great host, left excellent instructions, is friendly and shared her beautifully decorated space with us.

A lovely apartment in a perfect location in Ramsgate with a superb sea view. We stayed in January and the accommodation was very comfortable and warm with a super comfy bed. This is great place to stay as it's central but pretty quiet. There's everything we needed in a well stocked kitchen and David was a great host and communicated very well with us. We parked around the corner for free and walked everywhere. Strongly recommend a visit to the Ramsgate Tunnels which are almost right opposite the apartment. We wanted a warm comfortable place to explore the coast area around Ramsgate and David's apartment was ideal.

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

We had a fantastic stay at Karim's place! The location on Broadstairs High Street was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the train station. The space was clean and well-equipped, with an infant cot and high chair provided, which made traveling with our baby so much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is fantastic- very well equipped, spacious rooms and lovely kitchen and bathroom. There are a lot of stairs but this was flagged so was expected. The beds were comfortable and at a different time of year (we went in January) the terrace would have been a great bonus. It was very welcoming and looked just like the photos. The location was ideal for us as we were visiting family living a couple of streets away and it is great for proximity to a beach and the centre of town was easily walkable. Parking was fine on the street, and the apartment block itself is smart and well maintained. We had a great stay and the hosts were helpful, providing excellent information. Thoroughly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time at Kirsty's place. Check-in was a breeze and the apartment is very modern. The view was amazing and the balcony was very nice to sit out on. It's in a great location right beside the entrance to Ramsgate tunnels. Very much recommend and hope to return one day!
