Friendly host, nice and cozy room great location

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area,also suitable for working, great internet throughout. Fantastic views from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a likeable, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic holiday here.

2nd time staying here and I’ll probably go for a third in the near future. Everything about the place is excellent and I highly recommend. This is the best location in Argegno.

We enjoyed our wonderful stay in this home. Serena and Claudia were helpful, kind and communicative from beginning to end. The house is one of the best airbnb’s I’ve ever experienced. The balcony overlooking Lake Como is what makes this place special. Located in a quiet part of Bellagio but still close enough to the main town center. The home is beautifully designed and stocked up with everything we needed during our stay. Serena kindly greeted us upon arrival and left clear checkout instructions. We appreciated her restaurant and boat guide recommendations, which made our trip memorable. I highly recommend booking this home for a unique visit to Lake Como!

Mavi is a very friendly and communicative host, giving useful advice on local restaurants and places to visit. The place is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has the basics in such as tea, coffee oil etc. The neighborhood was dead quiet at night, which gave us a great night sleep. There was really nothing negative I can think of, and will recommend the stay to anyone.

Beautiful apartment, lovingly and practical. Magnificent lake views. We enjoyed our holiday very much and felt at home. It certainly wasn't the last time we had a wonderful time here.

Melissa helped us during our week long stay in Lake Como. She gave clear instructions and met us at the door with champagne and treats. And the one question we had she returned the call in less then 10 minutes. The apartment couldn’t be in a better spot. Any way you turned there was something to do. It was perfect for my husband and I. Also, for the women: an actual working hair dyer, not a small travel one, one that works!! We will definitely stay with them again. Giovanni and Federica were very helpful and hospitable. The apartment was in a good location and allowed us to spend a few days relaxing in a quiet and cozy place. Nice spacious accommodation close to train station. Apartment was clean and we appreciated the espresso machine. Highly recommend and a great host too.

For us, everything is perfect and the host gave us regional tips for eating and hiking, and the markets ( small regional) are worth seeing . I highly recommend the hike with sun and view on the lake. Small things such as coffee, 2 sets of terry towels ,shower, lemons from your own garden, etc. thank you again at this point

Very nice attic, spacious and well-equipped, the accommodation is easily accessible with free parking spaces,beware of street washing however for parking. Barbara was very responsive and gave us good recommendations.

Very comfortable apartment, located in the historic center of Intra, you can walk to take both ferry and bus and in the evening the city is lively with open clubs. Very helpful host and respond right away .

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The pool was great, and not shared with too many people. The views were lovely. The location is a ten minute drive from Luino, but there are a couple of good restuarants and a small supermarket within a short walk. It's very quiet and peaceful. The only slight issue is that we were expecting fans in all the bedrooms, but they had only provided one. However this was rectified the same day we reported it. It certainly needs fans when it's hot!

Great view and the pool (which we couldn't use in October because of the weather) are a dream. Paola is a dream host and always available and had many tips right from the start. Unfortunately, shopping is not possible in the village, i.e. you either have to buy something in smaller shops (if you can find a parking space) or have to go back to Como. Otherwise, you can also start directly at the apartment for a few hikes. There are restaurants in the village or in nearby villages if you can find a parking space - which was unfortunately an issue even in October (also because of construction sites)

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

A great apartment to spend a holiday in. Outstanding view and general location. Apartment had all of the amenities that we required. Andrin was a great host and responsive at all times. The swimming pool was a huge advantage to all of us (3 generations of our family).

we had a great stay at Elena's apartment, she and her husband were very welcoming. the place is very well located, close to lenno to take the boat. the apartment is very functional, clean and tidy and has a very nice view of the lake. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare small dishes for 4. Elena was always very responsive and attentive. We had a very pleasant stay with the family in this beautiful setting🥰. Kind regards

First of all, we were here in early October in changeable weather. We could no longer use the beautiful outdoor area at this time of year. The apartment is very tasteful and high-quality furnished. Everything works. However, it is only bright when all the lamps are turned on. Sitting comfortably inside is a bit difficult, there is a missing armchair, a small table. But that's too bad if you implement the many culinary tips from the hosts for osterias and bars, because then you're always on the road. The car is located in the underground parking. The exit to Via Regina overlooking the lake is a promise for the day. Our hosts are always available via chat and answer any questions immediately.
