Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ascension Parish

We stayed here to attend a LSU football game. It's about a 40-minute casual walk and a 25-minute power walk. We took an Uber/Lyft for $5 to a local Sports Bar which was halfway and just walked 10 minutes which was perfect. The inside of the place was better than described. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a blender. The downside is that the "subdivision" is home to many different apartment buildings by different owners and they are not as well kept as this place and the people looked a bit sketchy. I was nervous about my car being parked there but I experienced no issues at all. The actual building has been totally remodeled inside and out and it looks better than the Google Maps picture. Strictly based on location this was great because we avoided traffic as many streets are blocked off as game time approaches. We were safe and our cars were safe. It took us 70 minutes to get to the New Orleans airport on a Sunday and it was an easy drive with no traffic.

My stay here was great, very quite peaceful neighborhood not far from downtown Hammond restaurants and shopping. Check-in was a breeze. David responded promptly to any question asked. I would definitely be booking again

We love staying at Jessica's place! Very comfy and our home away from home as we frequently are in Hammond for business. Lots of great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. We recommend Taco's and Beer, Tope La Restaurant, Cate Street Station and Cena. Luma coffee is wonderful and Batter has some amazing baked goods. We highly recommend a stay at Jessica's place!

I really enjoyed staying here! It was very clean when we arrived and omg the tub was amazing!! Absolutely loved the bathroom.

The Letitia was lovely, easy to find and really comfortable. It was just what we were hoping for in an air bnb. Easy parking and easy check in!

Nice place looks like the pictures, great price felt safe with the security system but neighbors violated the 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. quiet period a couple of times. Construction in the area delayed movement to nearby restaurants and stores but I would stay again. Overall 5 stars

We had a fantastic stay at James' place! The home was immaculate and well-equipped. James was an exceptional host, always responsive and ensuring everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Nice house, good locationfor restaurants

We all enjoyed using the golf cart to get back and forth from parking area. Riding over the 2 bridges through the swamp was beautiful and exciting. Everything one could possibly need was there. The home was a rustic cabin but beautifully furnished and comfortable.

Octavio was a great host, he was extremely responsive and was proactive in helping us with our trip to NOLA. The house was very neat and cozy and comfortable, it was very spacious and well kept. The neighborhood was calm and very safe, and very close to many restaraunts and stores. This was an amazing stay, I highly recommend! Thank you Octavio!!

Ajia's place was great! Nice, safe neighborhood, Right by the Tanger outlet mall so there's plenty of stores and restaurants nearby! Definitely would stay here again!

Robbie was easy to deal with and communication was easy. I would happily book the unit again. It is well located ito getting around and travelling to meetings and much nicer that a hotel room

We loved Mitch and Jeannie’s place! It is right downtown making it the perfect place to walk to restaurants, the Saturday Farmer’s Market, and home from the bars. It is well appointed, clean, so adorable, and comfortable! We slept great on the king mattress. An added bonus is the railroad sounds of this quaint small town.

Exactly like the pictures felt right at home. Super comfortable beds and very quiet area . Paul was a great host! I would stay here again.

Ashley’s place was exactly as described and she was very quick to respond to any messages I sent. The place was very clean and we had no problems following her clear instructions to locate and get inside the condo! We would definitely stay at Ashley’s again in the future.

Gabrielle is a superb host, very attentive to guest needs - responding rapidly to any requests for help e.g. in finding the ironing board. The house is compact but well equipped and beautifully presented - with lounge and kitchen-diner. The latter is perfectly formed, with good quality appliances, an island and separate table to suit a small group. The outside patio is tiled and very comfortable with soft seating around the entire perimeter. Great local restaurants and a good quality super market within 5 minutes walk makes it a very convenient location for a stay in Baton Rouge. Good road connections mean that you can easily reach any part of Baton Rouge quickly, by car. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to the next time.

The place was beautiful and very cleans, area was quiet, everything worked properly AC, very hot water for bathing, it was everything we expected and more. Location was great lots of restaurants in the area. Super Host, great instructions on in and outs no problems whatsoever, about an hour from New Orleans no traffic getting in or out of Hammond will most definitely stay again. The price was reasonable, beds very comfortable. Thank you for a place that felt like home.
