Augustin was an excellent host who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

Great communication and easy entry instructions, especially getting in after dark in an unfamiliar place. Wonderful property tucked away enough from the busy road, but still majestic enough to take your breathe away. The ocean views one way, and the beautiful mountains in the background. A beach steps away, and close to groceries, wonderful local street-side eateries and not a far drive from the airport or ferry.

Cozy stay with friendly hosts. Nice garden and pool, calm situated near the sea. Good equipped.

The pictures don’t do justice to this place. The views are incredible! I spent most of my days out on the porch, it was peaceful and just what I was looking for. Cant forget Koa girl! She’s the sweetest, gentle dog that looks over the place chases off chickens and other dogs. Veia was also very helpful on recommendations and very responsive. I would highly recommend and would love to stay again sometime!

My husband and I spent a week here and we absolutely loved every minute! Tea greeted us when we arrived, and personally showed us around her beautiful home. She had a helpful book of recommendations, and connected us with an amazing guide who took us to snorkel on one of the most beautiful reefs we have ever seen. Tea was very responsive, she went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable and easy. The house is close to so many restaurants, and was a convenient drive to our favorite beach. We were able to utilize the charcoal grill, and the pool was wonderful after a day of exploring. Sunsets were only a short walk away, with plenty of comfortable seating. We cannot say enough great things about this location AND host - we look forward to staying here again one day!

Tea is a wonderful host - very accommodating, checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. I've stayed at many Airbnbs and never has a host drove us to the grocery stores and given us a little tour of her town. 10/10 hospitality. The property is somehow better than the pictures and surpassed all expectations. We explored a few beaches on the island and none were better than Tea's backyard. We brought our snorkel gear and snorkeld for HOURS - we saw a turtle, sting rays, and eel, and thousands of fish and shells. The two kayaks were great - we even paddled to the grocery store one day! It was nice having an outdoor shower and a hose and bucket to wash sand off. Despite staying 30' from the beach we managed to mitigate sand invasions. Overall a wonderful experience. I can't wait to return!!

Lovely bungalow on the beach (on a lot of 3 bungalows). Exactly as described & photographed. Bedroom: bed was super comfortable; Linens squeaky clean; AC powerful The mezzanine was very hot so our son slept on the couch. Bathroom: clean: lots of fluffy towels & the washing machine was in perfect condition. Kitchen: well equipped. We loved the terrace with the beautiful dining table. Very responsive host. We did late checkout for a very small fee and it was worth every penny. The surrounding is very peaceful even though we had neighbors on both sides. But the very BEST part of our stay were the kayaks (there are 2) - we were lucky enough to see the dolphins who swam right next to us as this part of the lagoon is a natural sanctuary! Thank you for sharing your beautiful little slice of paradise with us.

Great stay at Kaoha Nui Angelique was an excellent host. We flew from New Zealand and our flight landed in the morning at 1:30 am. Angelique was there waiting for us to let us in, giving us the instructions, which was very helpful. And she was flexible with check out time due to our circumstances. Excellent service 👍 10/10 highly recommended.

First time here and just for a few days before heading out to Cook Islands. Didn’t want to go hotel route and found this place. Very responsive and helpful host. Met me on arrival and showed me all the ins and outs. Place cools enough even for me so those who aren’t polar bears like me will be more than comfortable. Balcony is a plus. View from rooftop pool was amazing. Wish there were chairs up there. Italian place and good pizza place very close. Easy walk for most to more central area or a short short drive if you want to play the hunt for parking game. In all a fine place to stay made better by responsive and helpful host

Kevin's place is the perfect base to explore Papeete. You have gorgeous views over the surrounding area and you are only a 20 minute walk to lovely restaurants and all the food shopping. We found amazing local tuna in one of the local supermarkets. The apartment is appointed with everything you could possibly need and keeps cool all the time. Excellent kitchen facilities, massive balcony and in a very safe area, We hired a lovely local taxi driver to take us around - Hine - she was great. All in all, this was a perfect stay and Kevin is super responsive.

Amazing appartment/studio - looks exactly as advertised! Very clean and new. Garden and pool is well maintained. Beautiful quiet area, make sure you have a car or scooter to get around since it is up a steep mountain with no facilities nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. Directions and checkin was well explained. It’s very close to the airport. We enjoyed the pool!

This Airbnb was incredible! The unit was clean and in great condition, with beautiful amenities. Community pool is great, and the balcony has a wonderful view of the ocean. With any questions, Bradley was very quick to respond. Bonus points - our flight arrived at 5am and departed at 11pm, he let us check in early and stay late so we weren't stranded in the Papeete airport!

This time I stayed for the second time. It is also close to downtown on foot. I want to use it next time.

Great unit in a good location! The porch/balcony saved us during a rainy day; very relaxing and nice. Couches and bed were very comfortable! We were glad to have a car and appreciated the discount code. A small car is best. Make sure to read/print entry instructions in advance as our cell service in Papeete was quite weak. Highly recommend taking day trips to Moorea or the atoll. Papeete itself was not worth spending much time. But this studio was a highlight.

A spacious apartment in a beautiful location next to the Le Tahiti Pearl Beach resort. Lovely seaview. Very quiet and peaceful location, hotel grounds and services available for use. More shops and restaurants a short taxi-ride away.

This is a beautiful Airbnb. It is spacious and has everything one would need. It is beautifully decorated. The view from the pool area is great. We loved our stay and would happily return!

Great spot and Gaelle was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment has an awesome balcony and great amenities: coffee maker, tv, washer, air conditioning, secure building, full kitchen. Definitely recommend

Had a fantastic stay!! John and Maman Mohea were super nice and very welcoming. John was extremely responsive and helpful prior to check in, and had such a calm, genuine, friendly vibe upon meeting him in person. The place itself is in a good location, equipped with all the necessary amenities, and with a comfortable bed. John made me feel truly at home, and I was able to enjoy the incredible island of Moorea with this listing as my base. Maururu John, it was a pleasure to meet you. Highly recommend!

Modern and clean accommodation, very nice

The apartment was clean, very well appointed, and in a great location. The listing was very accurate, and the hosts were all very communicative. Katty met us at the Intercontinental and guided us directly to the property. The location is great, with access to a private beach and lovely pool. Katty sent great recommendations, we ate at Lani’s BBQ and it was terrific. Grocery stores and restaurants are all convenient to the property. The apartment itself is very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we even had a few Nespresso pods for our first morning. Sitting on the Lanai and enjoying the view with a cup of coffee in the morning or beverage in the evening was one of the highlights. We would stay again, and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this property! The bed was incredibly comfortable with a nice firm mattress, and I was able to catch up on much-needed sleep. The location is unbeatable, right next to the best beach, with easy parking and the added security of a gated community, making it a perfect getaway. The wifi was excellent, which allowed us to seamlessly attend Zoom meetings during the day—a big plus for those combining work and relaxation. I highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay!
