Charming single-storey house located in La Flotte en Ré, close to the port and the center 10 minutes away and the Arnerault beach 5 minutes away. Completely renovated during the winter of 2023. The accommodation of 50 m² is very bright, it consists of a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, independent toilet, bedroom, second bed is possible in the living room. And a 22m² exterior. Village house completely renovated in the heart of the village. Bicycle shed, living room, sunny courtyard, equipped open kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom, second bedroom with bunk beds and sofa bed, mezzanine with mattress that can be used as 3rd bedroom (1,1m high), 2 separate toilets. One of the most beautiful sea views of the island of re for this quiet house, close to the harbour of La Fleet and the beach. Completely renovated in the pure Rethais style. The house is in an uncrowded area even high season. We have strengthened hygiene , we use suitable products and we expect departures and arrivals.
