We love the ease of entering the house, just pick up the keys at the concierge and everything is right! The nice house, equipped with everything needed for a good stay! The conditioned Ares work very well but they are old and make a lot of noise, the room needs an air conditioner because it is very hot in the summer and only has a fan, but Clay said they will arrange soon! The high mountain beach is very quiet and beautiful, a sea of surreal colors and a jaw dropping sunset, very close to the condominium! We will definitely return to the yellow house, Clay and Paola are very quick in the answers and have given us support whenever we need, I recommend the house for sure!Many thanks to the hosts and see you soon!

Thanks Frederico , it’s a lovely apartment with everything you need! A great pool and bar close by. Gym , sauna etc. The only small thing that we would say is that for foreigners like us, it was not possible to rent a car and so some days we could not go to visit the local beaches etc because Uber was not so reliable. However there is a bus stop outside with regular buses. Again because we are foreign this was a little harder for us due to the language barrier but on busy days we just stayed by the amazing pool!! So if you are from Brazil or can speak good portugués you will have zero issues! And we highly recommend this apartment!!! Thanks again Frederico for letting us stay in paradise for a week!!!

Very nice condominium, with all the services so you can spend all day there without going out, from the pool, games, drinks and minimarket inside, it is also a very safe place. It has a lagoon with hammocks with a view and spectacular scenery of the lake. I recommend going by car the location where it is located is approx about 10 km from the entrance of Arraial, the area has no services outside the condominium except a service station next door. We would definitely return, a very quiet place and with all the comforts to rest and have a good vacation. Tales was attentive in everything, even we made recommendations, without a doubt a 10 for him.

Myself and my family are extremely pleased with the stay and reception of Renata and Tiago. The apartment is very cozy, it gives us the feeling that we are in our house. The Loft offered was very well equipped, very clean, with everything healthy, they gave us clear instructions, the breakfast was spectacular, the pool they offered us to use was impeccable and Leonardo was always attentive, in addition to the number of days we stayed, he offered us a day of cleaning at no cost as his own initiative, very recommended to go as a couple, he has a private exit to the Do Pontal beach that is wonderful.

The place is really wonderful, a house with a direct sea exit, with a beautiful view, plus everything is very private. The house is beautiful and with very nice decor, it has everything you need to rest and enjoy it. Marilia communicated very well and very proactive, she left us some (sweet) details for the children, she was very friendly. A place to remember.

The house is just like the photos, complete and cozy!! The condominium is easily accessible, with security and tranquility, my son and my nephews loved the tranquility of the street even to play a ball! The front pond is perfect for children, hot water and no waves! For access to the beaches of Arraial and Cabo Frio is a little further afield, but it was great because every day we met one. Valeu mto! Thank you!!

Casa cozchegante, well located in Praia de Monte Alto, a clean and organized place. The hostess is very helpful and very prompt in responding to my requests. I also highlight that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really liked Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend with the family, is a place away from the unrest and riots of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only caveat I make regarding the stay would be the beginning of the check-in, very late.

The house is very nice and comfortable. Large rooms and a very good outdoor area. I found the house very complete in the matter of utensils, even toys for my godson had it and he loved it. Wonderful house, we feel at home, good mattresses, nice smelling and clean house. The lagoon at the bottom of the final touch, clarinha water and pleasant temperature. On weekends the lagoon is very busy, what bothered was the dirt left by people who frequent the lagoon. My family loved the place, with pharmacy, bakery, market and even a nearby emergency room. we will host again. Ah Mr. Mariano was very friendly, we presented the whole house and was at your disposal for anything.
