From the moment I booked my stay BrUx was helpful and proactive with his communication. The apartment is in a perfect location. Safe, walkable and surrounded by good restaurants and shopping. If I could give BrUx 10 stars for his communication, I would. The space had every amenity you could need and it felt comfortable, like a home away from home. Check-in and Check-out were a breeze and the space looks exactly as advertised. I will absolutely be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone. Great value and an exceptional host. Book it! You won't be disappointed.

Local exactly as the photos, very clean and careful, very well located, easy to access. Carolina was very receptive, kind and responded very quickly. The apartment building is under renovation, poorly cared for and dirty, but this did not have much impact on the stay.

A perfect apartment for 2/3 people. Across the street is the beach. 100 meters the street with all the bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc. The apartment comes with everything you need and the building offers bakeries and umbrellas. Highly recommended. Thank you Vera!

Probably one of the most beautiful views of all of Rio. I couldn't miss the opportunity to stay here for a night or two, and take in the panoramic view of Rio. The bedroom is a great size, with a good ensuite bathroom and shower. The bed was really comfortable and I got the best sleep of my whole trip haha. Air-Conditioning works well. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple, but there is also a full-size sofa bed in the living room for a 3rd person or a child. Patricia and her husband were very welcoming and communicative. I will recommend this place to my friends when they visit Rio.

This is a great little apartment that is in a fantastic location. Right across the street from the grocery store. Great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

There are many great things about this flat during our weekly stay; first of all, I must thank our host Suely for providing a loving place for us to stay, in such a convenient location and home-like atmosphere. Communication with Suely was flawless, punctual and accurate. We visited attractions by metro and Uber, all within 10-30minutes. Managed the daily walks to the beach and lake. Dont miss out the sunset on the beachfront, stunning. Plenty of options dinning out and kitchen is fully functional. Patio is a plus. Neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We had a fabulous time. The apartment is the dream, I have rarely lived so beautifully. I couldn't get enough of the view of the beach and the lagoon. The location is great - safe, close to supermarkets and restaurants, very quiet! Would love to come back.

Our experience was great, Mabe always proved very helpful in the information, the place is very well located, a few meters from the waterfront of Copacabana. The space accommodates very well 5 people, which was my case. If you want to save with food is the right place, full kitchen, fridge, utensils, etc.

Nice studio with fantastic views from the morros and near the Ipanema Beach. You have anything you need in the studio to make your stay comfortable and enjoy Rio!

Everything went according to plan, Mauro gave us all the instructions and everything was in accordance with the announcement We had a small issue with the elevators to climb the roof, they were in maintenance.

It was all wonderful in the Julia's loft! It's not the first time I've been staying there and whenever I can I'll be back.

Great location especially for those who travel by car, having parking in the building itself, I left the car and only walked with local means of transport. Loft for a few people is very nice, equipped and has what you need for a few days.

Everything is spotless. 1. The loft is wonderful, exactly as in the pictures, with new electromotics, bed linens, pillows and bathing suits of great quality. Including items for use, such as shampoo and conditioner. 2. The location is very good, facing the metro, with pharmacy below, restaurants, VLT, bus stop and some snack bars, such as Burger King and Habibs. By the way, it is on a very high floor, which is great to see a piece of the city from above, as well as being super silent. 3. Victor was very helpful and answered all messages cordially and very quickly. 4. The tub is wonderful, with very precise temperature adjustment and a great whirlpool. It is located in our top 1 stay in Rio de Janeiro and we will definitely come back more often.

Cassiano was super responsive, we had a minor problem with the lock and he immediately replied even though it was a Sunday. He allowed us to bring my in-laws chihuahua without issues. Building is pristine all the time, well located in Icaraí and within steps of the beach, and many amenities. Well worth the price considering all the advantages.

the hosts Gayatri and Ângela are very attentive, take care of the details and with the guidelines, the space was extremely clean and organized in order to make us very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, although I did not use much, clean and comfortable bedding, great bathroom as well. I highly recommend and if I return to Rio, I would stay here again.

My stay was wonderful! In the heart of the lapa, the apartment exceeded my expectations. Many bars and restaurants in the vicinity, which for me was the main point to book the Apê, so if you seek this is the ideal place. For those who like a quieter environment, it may not be the right place, because at every corner there is a bar/restaurant, a lot of movement at night and even next to the condominium there is a bar at night(and people end up getting in front of the front door). The bed is very comfortable, anti-noise window works well and you don't hear anything from the street, it has a fan besides the air conditioning. It has a minibar, microwave and electric oven, and other kitchen utensils, in addition to an electric shower. Tbm has a stove , but I recommend making simple foods because it is electric it takes a while to cook the food. In addition, the experience was great and the host mt kind, I recommend the place and hopefully I will be able to return soon.

We had a great stay! Communication with Gustavo was very smooth. The flat has everything you would ever need. The location is also great. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The apartment is excellent. It was very clean and the location is perfect, close to everything. All very functional and prepared for a great stay. You can rest easy because it is all very organized. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and the bathroom is bathroom is clean. Host and condominium staff always willing to help.

Great stay, met my expectations.

The apartment is fine for a person traveling alone and maybe for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped; the banio is small - but to spend 10 or 15 days I think this well, that is, the price/quality ratio I think is adequate. The A/C and TV work great. There are 24-hour goalkeepers ( or at least I never saw the empty reception), extremely friendly and willing to help. But beyond any description of the apt, I highlight above all the constant presence of the host, Thiago, both online and in person, if necessary. In my case, he came to help me with a TV problem and he fixed it immediately; he also bought my metro ticket for the Anio Nuevo en Copacabana - because it was no longer sold in the stations online only, and I prefer not to use card and I did not have wifi in the street; and I also help myself by calling an uber for my return and I close my luggage. In addition, he was kind enough to leave a sweet bread, juice, water and biscuits, as he arrives 12/24.

I really like the loft. Clean, smelling, impeccable linens, all organized, excellent location, commerce nearby, being able to do everything on foot. Front apartment, debauched, clear, airy, overlooking the beach of Icaraí. Excellent.
