Holiday rentals with lake access in Arosa

Highly recommend! Beautiful setting. House and yard exactly like the pictures. Very clean and well kept. Plenty of space. Great location from which to take day trips to explore Switzerland. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Great stay. Easy to find and check in, wonderful location. Clean and comfortable. The kitchen can get cold, but everything was already set up to start a fire.

We had a very nice time at the Flumserberg and in the house. Ideal for skiing and other activities. The house was very well equipped and cozy. Communication with Martin was very straightforward. The street can definitely be heard, but quite well hidden if you are behind the house in the sun:)

We had rented the cabin with two families with toddlers for a week and got our money's worth. The cottage has everything our heart desires and also the nearby restaurant was in particular a large playground every day with a large playground. Only the separate settlement of the final cleaning and the energy flat rate were surprised by us, since it was uncommon for Airbnb. Nevertheless, 5 stars in all, as we were able to fully enjoy the week. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a night in Ettore's cabin after a day of skiing and had a great time. The accommodation is 10 minutes from the ski lifts of Airolo in a quiet and easily accessible inhabited area. The place is warm and comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, and Ettore is very helpful and very thoughtful towards his guests. He also recommended several restaurants in the area. In short, highly recommended! Thank you Ettore🫶

The place has the typical Ticino charm we were looking for for this extended weekend... we had everything we needed, with the 2 buildings we could sit well at 9 at the long table and eat together. Cooking for a large family always went well in the other building, so we often walked back and forth. Everything was well described and communication was great between the host and us. We even had sun until 11 AM in November🌞. We will gladly recommend the accommodation.

The apartment is very nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. With the free shuttle, you can reach the ski resort in 10 minutes. We were four and felt very comfortable.

We had wonderful days with Michèle and Benjamin. It was very clean, tastefully decorated and for the kids it had small color pencils, dishes, high chair and a small hourglass, which she delighted. The nice weather was the Tüpfli auf i...

located on a small square of an old village, 3 min from a pool and a waterfall. quiet place and warm neighborhood. you really feel on vacation. very friendly and helpful staff. we'll be right back.

A nice and clean apartment that is perfectly located to go up the Flumserberg. Kitchen has everything, and nice clean bathroom.

Wonderful house, recently renovated and cared for in every detail (in the kitchen there is just about everything). The owners also left us something for breakfast and dinner, much appreciated

we enjoyed another week in wonderful Engadin apart from the perfect weather, we were overwhelmed by the acts of the Freestyle WM including the evening events

The apartment has a very good location. You can get to the cable car in a few minutes without a car. Apartment and surroundings are very well maintained. We also appreciate that things such as towels, soap, hairdryer, tea towels, toilet paper...... are reliably provided. also the basement, where you can park your skis, is always very convenient

Great stay in a spotless studio, peaceful and very easy to access. The accommodation is tastefully decorated and everything is planned and ready upon arrival. Even our little dog had a very nice basket and very nice bowls! Huw and his wife are very welcoming, charming hosts with good advice and take the time to answer any questions. We look forward to a chance to return in the future.
