Holiday rentals with breakfast in Armidale Regional Council

Greg’s place was fantastic! Words cannot describe how relaxed my partner and I both felt. It was such a lovely experience walking around to all the animals, the sheep were super friendly and came over for lots of head scratches. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom absolutely gorgeous. Greg himself is a lovely man who was more than happy to have a chat about his gorgeous property! Highly recommend booking in a stay here!

We are getting to be regulars now (3rd time we've stayed) and as always our stay lived up to expectations and we particularly enjoy the beautiful garden surrounds and the attention to detail

We stayed a week and was perfect for our needs. Located within walking distance of cafes, art shop, regional gallery and cultural centre. Kate our host was very kind and helpful. We arrived and the cleaners hadn't been so Kate organised a clean while we went into town for a lovely Thai meal.

Phillip and Julie are great hosts. I felt at home in their charming home They kindly accommodated a late arrival (my journey took longer than anticipated) and offered me a cup of tea on arrival. Their thoughtfulness was as appreciated as their charming accommodation. I’d happily stay with them again. Their dogs are gorgeous too!

This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast and Poppy and Jack were the most amazing hosts. They welcomed us like part of their family, and were extremely accommodating to our needs. Jack taught our six year old twins all about life on the farm, and they had the most phenomenal time. I loved the peaceful surrounds and pristine gardens, watching the wildlife come and go. Poppy is the kindest, most beautiful soul who cares so deeply about her visitors. We feel blessed to have experienced her beautiful home and hope to visit again soon.

This was our 3rd stay with Kate. It felt like visiting a good friend. Kate is always so welcoming, the fire was going as it was chilly day when we arrived I always sleep so well the bed is super comfy and it is so quite. It's so nice having the table set for breakfast with a choice of cerals, breads, jams, yoghurt fruit . We look forward to our next stay. Thanks Kate

The cottage was wonderful. Very private and peaceful on a beautiful property. There were fresh veggies and eggs for us on arrival. Will definitely be back if I’m heading through Armidale again.

Lovely private and spacious accommodation with high quality furnishings and attention to detail with everything. Enjoyed a nightly outdoor fire with firewood provided. Ample brekkie supplies with supplementary cherry tomatoes from the garden! Close to town. Great communication from hosts
