Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) and children's playground. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views, just 5 km from Dumaresq Dam.

Built by the Burgess family in c1892, Burgess House is a three bedroom renovated house which was was relocated from Burgess Street. Wide verandahs and double glazed sliding doors connect inside and out, providing excellent insulation with air conditioning to supplement. Being 5 minutes drive to the CBD and 8 minutes drive to UNE, it is a quiet retreat that is close to everything.
