Best location for Fayetteville. Perfect spot. Big, feels right at home. All amenities were perfect. 5 stars.

Location, location, location! My family of four only stayed here one night, but wish we had more time! Host is great, very responsive. The place is spacious, very clean, and super location - walkable to everything on/near the square (restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, Walmart museum, Neighborhood market, playground, Crystal Bridges & its grounds). The Razorbacks Greenway passes right through so next time we will bring our bikes. We would definitely stay again and stay longer next time!

I had a amazing weekend trip and this air bnb is perfect for a little get away to downtown Eureka Springs, walkable distance and just a quick drive to the shops and restaurants on strip! Very clean and cute house to stay in!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Great place to get away. Would do it again. Very cozy home.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Bentonville over spring break. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was absolutely excellent—close to everything but still peaceful. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

My sister and I stay here a couple of times a year. All the units in this building are roomy, well appointed, and homey. There is a comfy area to gather and watch movies and also enough space to spread out and do your own thing. Replies to inquiries are extremely quick and the owners are responsive to any issues or needs. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and relaxed. We highly recommend.

We have stayed at this property multiple times, and have enjoyed ourselves each time we have stayed here. Dee is wonderful to communicate with and checks in on you via message to make sure everything meets your expectations. I highly recommend this location to anyone that is visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay. We met some of the friendly neighbors. It was quiet and we enjoyed the deck. My husband liked the kitchen, he could sharpen the knives.

This was the perfect condo for a business trip with a co-worker. We each had privacy and also plenty of gathering space. We especially loved the sun room! It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. You can’t beat the location. It’s right across the street from the Momentary and an easy walk to shops and restaurants on the Square. The host provided a picture guide for check in which was very helpful. Close recommendations are Table on 6th and Meteor restaurants and also the bar in the Momentary.

Great spot to take advantage of nearby activities at University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We were able to walk to both of those locations.

We were looking for a quiet place for some relaxation before the holidays and we found it!! Great location and lots of surrounding small towns close by to visit. We are very familiar with NWA but this area is a hidden gem.

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

Great place to stay, James is very easy to talk to and he responds very fast. Hot springs has lots family friendly things to do, the townhouse was cozy, peaceful, and very clean inside. Our family had a ton of fun playing board games puzzles we walked on the golf course trail, it was just a great wonderful relaxing visit. Can't wait to go back!

This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We absolutely loved it! The hosts were so helpful, and the place was so beautiful and clean!!!

Ginger’s home was better than we imagined! We appreciated all of the thoughtful additions that so many other Airbnbs tend to overlook such as luggage racks, a laundry basket, plenty of hangers, and a well stocked kitchen to name a few. The interior was immaculate and felt very spacious. Ginger was very responsive and friendly in her communication. We will definitely be booking her place again the next time we’re in Hot Springs!

Wonderful place to stay! We felt right at home as soon as walked in. Everything was clean and organized. Access to the garage was really appreciated so we could store our bikes and have a place to work on them. The location was perfect for us -within a block or two of multiple trails, including ones that connect to the All-American and Slaughter Pen. We hope to stay here again soon!
