This is a great location for easy walks downtown or hopping on a bike to ride the greenway or single track trails. The garage was big enough for an SUV and a pile of bikes - super convenient. The home itself was clean and comfortable with lots of space to relax including two balconies which were way more enjoyable than I would have thought. Connie was a great host to top it all off. It was a great spring break stay!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Place is absolutely amazing. Just as described in the listing, good parking area, beautiful home, will definitely be staying there on my next trip to eureka springs. Host was very flexible and accommodating.

It felt like home. We had a large group and there were plenty of places to visit, play games, play darts and corn hole. The guys thought the TV was amazing! It was perfect: clean, up-to-date, great location. The hosts have thought of everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We'll be back.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at one of Dean’s AirBNBs. The place is perfect for our family of 3. Dean is always responsive to any questions we have. Easy access in and out of the neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Fayetteville and would stay here again

We arrived at Night, Sirens are blaring and the road is barely visible, it’s a Major storm, then we get messages from Ben alerting us and walking us through the process of where in the home to shelter, also suggested a local storm shelter in the area as an alternative, etc. That’s next level Hosting. BTW: We love the home. It’s our 2nd time and we’ll be back. Thank you Ben & Danielle ❤️

Dee’s place was perfect for our family. So convenient to Harding and it allowed our kids to walk over and visit in between classes. The home is immaculate with everything you need and above and beyond extras. Dee is a gracious host and is quick to respond. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. This place is just that good!

Leah's place was so comfortable. The beds were comfy and furnished and decorated in a beautiful style. We loved the apt. Leah and husband were very responsive to any requests and were very nice and friendly. This Airbnb exceeded our expectations.!! We will return in the future.

We will definitely stay there again. The host was very accommodating. We asked for a later check out. We didn't need it, but the request was easily accepted.

Great spot to take advantage of nearby activities at University of Arkansas and downtown Fayetteville. We were able to walk to both of those locations.

I really loved staying at the Trailblazer. I was on a business trip with a colleague and we each had privacy but also the accommodations felt luxurious. The area is highly walkable with many restaurants within just a few minutes walk. The garage was a welcome feature. Great area for going for walks, jogging, exploring the downtown Bentonville area, and also very quiet.

This is such a great place with a beautiful view of the lake and an excellent deck for taking in the day. There is easy access to the main road to head into town or the various biking/hiking trails. It rained our entire stay so we did not have an opportunity to get on the water.

The space look like all the pictures. It had everything I need to make the stay very comfortable. I look forward to trying in the future to use the space again. It was like being home. Thanks Micheal

It's easy to tell that these folks work in the education field based on how thorough and organized the guest info binder was! It was a great touch on top of an already great place!

We had a great stay! I ended up getting a flat tire on our way back to the Airbnb day of check out and they were so gracious to give us a little extra time to get our luggage. Very responsive, very kind and a great stay!

We stay here Everytime we go to Kansas since it's halfway, and we love love love it. The beds are the comfiest beds you will ever find in an Airbnb. There are a lot of stairs but they're not bad. This is our home away from home

Ginger’s home was better than we imagined! We appreciated all of the thoughtful additions that so many other Airbnbs tend to overlook such as luggage racks, a laundry basket, plenty of hangers, and a well stocked kitchen to name a few. The interior was immaculate and felt very spacious. Ginger was very responsive and friendly in her communication. We will definitely be booking her place again the next time we’re in Hot Springs!

A very clean house and quiet location. Like a mile to downtown restaurants and Crystal Bridges Art Museum. It is a duplex, but next door people were quiet and no problems.

Great little cabin on the lake. Quiet and peaceful.
