Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Arkansas River

we had a great time and a much needed getaway from home and work. this was an absolutely beautiful home and the layout couldn't have been better! Karla, let us check in earlier as our original plans had changed so we were able to get there earlier and get our birthday weekend going. Thanks again for being so accommodating!

The house felt like home. My wife commented repeatedly about the cleanliness of the house, and she's a clean freak. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything necessary. Plenty of towels and extra blankets. He was even ok with me parking in the garage due to -8 degree overnight weather. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great host. Very nice home. Close to Palo Duro Canyon. Easy to check in. My dogs loved the backyard.

My family and I felt very comfortable. The price was great and the we had an awesome time. Close enough to Meow Wolf and restaurants that it was easy to rest up after a fun vacation. The host let us know he was always available if we needed anything but didn't impose at all which is perfect. Privacy and comfort at its finest.

Great place to stay at with a great host. We enjoyed this stay and enjoyed the feel of privacy at the location and enjoyed the quiet. It’s a short drive to town which had us staying in town for longer stints, but we expected that. We loved the space and everything was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Adam was a great host and we even had a second contact if needed for double the responsiveness.

This place was perfect for our stay in Angle Fire, NM

The only downside of this location was cleanliness. The jets in the tub were awful when used the tub filled with large black specks and had to be drained and rinsed. The blender had mold in it and had to be washed before use. There were some other very minor things such as dust and unswept floor but nothing egregious. We also had to buy more paper towels and toilet paper first night. The good far outweighs the bad. Our daughter LOVED the little play area and it was nice not having to bring toys. It felt safe with having to have a keycard or be let in but you can still get deliveries which was a big plus. The master was big enough to fit me, my wife, our 4yr old, and our 3m old twins. Very well stocked with all necessary kitchen items. The response time was so so fast and polite. My wife loved the pillows and she told us exactly where to get them. Definitely worth checking out we wish we could have booked longer!

Very spacious and clean. Perfect location close to the strip but a bit off so you can avoid heavy traffic.

We loved staying here. It felt very cozy and comfortable. We loved that it was towards the back and enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views looking out the bedroom sliding glass door to the balcony. The family card game was a huge hit! The hosts were always very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at Kelly’s condo! The beds were comfortable and everything was super clean. We were greeted with a basket full of snacks in the kitchen, which made our kids over the moon happy. The clubhouse has a hot tub and pool. This facility felt high quality and was well taken care of. We would love to return in the future.

This condo was perfect. Very clean,great location, great price, easy check in and check out, kitchen has everything needed for cooking in ,plenty of towels,etc. Owner is great with communicating. Will definitely be returning guest.
