Beachfront holiday rental in Arizona

We enjoyed our stay. The host was great. The house was very clean and cozy. The space was exactly as described. The amenities were above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely enojoyed our stay. Kassandra and Cory are great hosts and their home is really beaufitful (exceeded our expectations!) and clean! We will come back again!

We had a lovely time staying here while we visited Quartzsite. It was exactly what we needed, quiet, and clean. We enjoyed the river and our dog loved all the grassy areas to walk. We’ll be back for sure!

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

Place had been empty for a while but the host was very responsive to any requests we had. He suggested things to do and places to go. It’s a very nice quiet home in a quiet neighborhood with friendly people around.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

We stayed during winter season. Place was clean, peaceful and close to the London Bridge Village. Stepped out the front door to the beautiful walkway along river. Brought our own soap and shampoo, everything else was found at the unit. Our stay was enjoyable.

The customer service was amazing! They always responded in a timely manner, and they were very flexible with my specific situation. I appreciated the effective communication, and the service provided. Location was perfect. Close to Laughlin, grocery store, restaurants, and highways.

Our stay at Jack’s place was nice and relaxing. It was next to the canal, which was nice for walking. There were restaurants within walking distance, which was also nice. The condo had everything we needed. The back patio was a great place to relax. We would definitely stay at Jack’s place again.

Everything about this place was perfect very clean and comfortable well stocked easy to find easy to use the keyless entry and the location was so close to everything, restaurants, shopping the London Bridge! Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

This was a last minute reservation due to a family emergency. Evan was incredibly compassionate and flexible, especially dealing with several of us arriving from different locations and at different times with a bit of miscommunication among my family. He went out of his way to communicate and more directly interact with us to make it all easier to deal with. The apartment was lovely and extremely convenient to everything in Tempe. 10/10 recommend

Definitely the cleanist and nicest condo I have rented in this area! Newer flooring, bathrooms and appliances!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

Great place to stay and walk up to the river from there! Plenty of space to rest and wine down from the river activities. Clean and well maintained.

We love the beach Area, clean awesome to stay will recommend to for friends and family will stay here again....host was very reasonable and great communication. Are family had a BLAST.

This home has a great combination of retro style and modern amenities. There are 4 smart TVs in the house, comfortable furniture and beds. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into the decor and comfort. There is ample parking that allowed space for our sprinter van, with room to spare. We stayed at this property while I was working remotely. I used their kitchen island as a desk, which was very comfortable and suited me perfectly. The internet is very fast, I was able to participate in zoom meetings while my husband was also streaming on the TV. The host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in the future when we are in the area.

The condo was great, the patio was oversized and a great place to hang out. Bryant was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great time. Easy checkin and checkout

High vibe, gorgeous view, fun communicative hosts, super comfy. The toaster over worked well to heat up meals for longer stays. Amazing meditation spot by the running river right in front! Neighbors in the yurt were cool and it created a quiet yet communal vibe!

Great place, beautiful back patio and yard. Julie was instantly responsive to our communications. We would definitely stay there again.

The A frame is a lovely home in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed spending time on the deck, listening to Oak Creek and the wildlife. I definitely recommend Julie’s home to anyone thinking of visiting Sedona.

Great centrally located spot. Nice little kitchen, has all the things you need. Bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and as described. My only note would be that if you are sensitive to detergent smells this might not be the best choice.
