We would be there for a week and felt at home. The decor was modern and chic and everything clean. In the terrace we could relax and have breakfast and also enjoy the surroundings. The surroundings were beautiful and quiet and invites you to hike and explore. Daniel was very kind and helpful, responded quickly and gave us tips. 6 out of 5 stars 😁☀️

This place deserved 5⭐️ plus for us. The welcome by Marian and the owner Maria Jesus was super warm and uncomplicated. The apartment is very quiet, spacious, has a huge terrace and of course a beautiful view. The place was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed for 15 days. We really felt at home from the first moment and not just because Marian welcomed us with the words "Mi casa, es tu casa". We booked for 2 adults and our 4 year old son. We can definitely recommend the apartment for families. We had a rental car and could easily park directly across the street in front of Maria Jesus' garage. No matter what we needed, Marian was available 24/7 for us. Even when we noticed the forgotten jackets in the bedroom at the airport, all we needed was a phone call to Marian and she brought us. Two absolute ladies of the heart. Muchas Gracias por todo ❤

Villa was amazing, best place we have stayed at in 10 yrs of visiting Canary Islands. House was spotless, great kitchen with everything we needed, plenty of space and facilities for family of four for 2 weeks.Sun at the front in the morning and at the rear in afternoon . Located in a residential area which was very quiet. Loved having meals outside in the well equipped space at rear of house. Pool was immediately next door and only used by us. Agent was great, let us check in early which was a bonus. We liked walking so great location for us in sonnenland, 10 mins to local spar, 20 mins to mercado or Aldi, 35 mins to main beach at maspolomas. Bus stop at end of street for trips to villages along coast.Very comfortable accommodation and not dated at all. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to return next year.

We spent 3 weeks in this lovely bungalow of Marco and Carlos. It is very well equipped, with, among other things, an oven and dishwasher. The bed was very good with lovely linens. The garden was completely private and with no view with amazing sun every hour of the day. Locked in private parking area. Great pools, a small pool bar serving some food and a small supermarket. Walking distance to Citacenter, Yumbosenter and many great restaurants. And if you want to go a little further, San Fernando is also inside row with its small cozy pedestrian street. Can you feel better? We recommend this residence 100% and would gladly came back again.

LOVED this house. I had great time with my wife and children. Lot of space, games for kids, Spa Jacuzzi with my wife. We also cooked and enjoyed the terrace. I rented a car and I loved to park inside the house in a place where there is NO parking at all on the streets.. Thank you !I’ll come back.

We’ve rented over 25+ apartments over the years but have never had an apartment with so many amenities. Beatriz’s place was not only stocked with what you want (coffee machine, toaster, ample plates/cutlery, toilet paper, soap, etc) but also with so many thoughtful extras (cooking essentials/condiments, capsules for espresso, Kleenex, body lotion, dishwasher/laundry soap). She also had a complete “beach kit” available for use including chairs, umbrella, towels and bags!! Also, the fridge was stocked with breakfast foods which was so appreciated since we arrived late at night. I want to close by saying Beatriz is a gracious and generous host who went out of her way to not only make us feel at home but also make us feel like an honoured guest. Thank you again!!

100% recommended Beautiful apartment decorated with exquisite taste, impeccable clean bathroom, kitchen and the rest of the apartment sparkling . Wonderful sheets and towels. The great area and the host a love , pending my arrival and at all times reachable . That's great! :)

We had a lovely week here . The apartment is compact , perfect for us as a couple . beautiful ocean views. The surrounding area is very quiet.

We stayed three nights. the apartment was high quality, spotless and as described. Host ready to answer any questions and very helpful. Two minutes walk to the beautiful beach. could have asked for nothing better.

Beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor, located on the corner of the building overlooking the pool from a fantastic balcony. View of the street and towards the coast. A very nice walk-in shower room with a lovely hand and rain shower. On the balcony we could enjoy breakfast in the morning and relax in the evenings. Walking distance to Playa des Ingles. (20 minutes) Supermarket around and nightlife right around the corner. Due to the location of the apartment, we had no (o)taken care of the nightlife. The elevator up was on the smaller side for our wheelchair user. On the other side of the complex is a slightly larger elevator. That makes it necessary to take a long walk on the gallery. In terms of view, no punishment by the way. We were very satisfied. We had a rental car and don't know how public transport works, but there were plenty of buses, so that will be fine too.

The apartment was spacious enough for us four ladies and was situated in a lovely hotel complex which was very smart. The pool and loungers were fabulous and so was the beach. Could have done with some info on arrival about Wi-Fi, recycling but we worked it out! There are recycling bins at the bottom of the road and a bin outside the front of the hotel. The hotel were kind enough to keep our bags on our last day as our flight was in the evening. We appreciated the checkout of 11. Quick response from Anna when we realised there weren’t enough towels. The beds were actually pretty comfortable however a couple of mugs and some bathroom cleaner would have been good. We played padel at Puerto Rico, visited the dunes at Maspalomas via the bus, went to Puerta Mogan a couple of times, had a lovely lunch at Delicias and the ocean beach club is very swish for a coffee.

We had an amazing stay at Beates place. It is officially the best stay we ever had. The flat is equipped with everything you need. Balcony is great plus tho the flat. Instructions which we got from Beate were more than clear. Everything you need is on a walking distance: shops, restaurants, famous Jumbo centre, beach, bus stops.. absolutely everything. Whenever we come back again to Maspalomas, Beates place will be our first option. Absolutely all recommendation for this place.

Very nice view! The apartment is cozy. We had a very nice stay.

Very nice host, responded quickly when we had a couple of questions. Everything was great except the previous tenant had forgotten the food fridge. Not a big deal for us, but should have been discovered by the cleaning staff. Lovely place, quiet and calm neighborhood, great view from the terrace.

Yazminas place was a wonderful place to stay. A lovely sunny terrace with a fantastic view as well as access to the resorts communal heated pool and loungers. Table tennis table was also a bonus! There was everything we needed and we felt at home. Yazmina sent us lots of tips. We hiked near Veneguera and saw even more amazing views! The apartment is very high, thankfully with several lifts to get up there, so it's still accessible for all ages! Altogether a wonderful place!

Carmen Y Natalia's apartment was better than we expected, probably the best position in the whole complex, with sun from early morning to late afternoon. It has everything you need to make your stay like being at home, just a lot warmer. Check-in and out was very simple, with great communication all through our stay. I would definitely recommend to stay here, if you want to be in this area. We hired a car and had no trouble parking on the road outside. Thank you Carmen Y Natalia for a wonderful stay.
