We really enjoyed staying at Adnane's and I highly recommend it. The place is large and very nice plus it was clean and tidy. Adnane was very responsive and helpful, from the day I reserved the place until we left. He, and his Brother Tahar, really made us feel at home away from home. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe. It was my birthday week and Adnane made a really sweet gesture of sending a nice bouquet on the day of our arrival. He also had a lemonade and some sweets for us the day we left. Like I mentioned earlier, I really recommend the place and Adnane as a great host.

This is a great place to stay! You can walk to the beaches, to supermarket and to nice cafes and restaurants. The greatest thing is that it is very quiet at night and I slept like a baby. Also the apartment is very big so there is lots of space to hang out. Thank you Kenza for all your help!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 18th-century riad in the heart of Tunis Medina. The contrast is striking—step from the bustling streets into a peaceful, quiet retreat. The riad is perfectly equipped, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with stunning decor that feels like a work of art. For an additional cost, the host prepared us a delicious Tunisian breakfast, which we highly recommend! The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views over the Medina making it the perfect spot to relax. Every detail in this home has been thoughtfully designed for an authentic and relaxing stay. The host was very welcoming and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for history, charm, and comfort in the Medina, this riad is a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Good and clean house. Everything looks well kept. The outdoors is beautiful with flowers. We enjoyed the pool a lot. You need a car to get around. There is a staircase in the house that may be difficult with the toddlers.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this amazing property right beside the sea. The location is absolutely stunning. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—always answering our questions promptly and going the extra mile by providing fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to visit. Excellent on all points. Accommodation in a popular neighborhood, quiet and very well maintained. Really close to all amenities, coffee, super market…. Great communication, the place is run by a lovely family. There's always someone there to respond to you.

This is my second stay at this listing, two reasons that brought me back, cleanliness and safety. Well equipped accommodation, it has everything you need to feel at home. We are close to everything, grocery stores, mall, cafes and restaurants. If you are not motorized there are plenty of taxis around at any one time of day.

Very good stay at Mehdi's, excellent value for money, comfortable accommodation with TV and IPTV, close to the corniche and Marsa, perfect check-in procedure, ideal for visiting Tunis and the surrounding area. Thank you again for everything and especially your availability and responsiveness. Bakery and small shops nearby, ideal for a stay in Tunisia.
